I've always had success just using a good fat worm .. letting it flow with the water..

My favorite fly is the half back nymph. The fish just love it. Give it a try. This method is easy and very effective. Thanks again.

Good job buddy! One of my favorite holes too!

Two slight adjustments that have proven super good for me. The first is to use a bubble float instead, you can cast a bit further and I like not being able to see it when I'm not gonna leave it sitting still. It's not an indication thing, it's a weight free float. The second is tipping the fly with a fake worm. The scent does a lot to help
