Blue might be better because of the other part of emo, when an unit dies it feeds mana to emo champions, so you are full mana quicker. It depends how tanky your frontline is. Blue is probably better late and shojin is better early. Also lulu gives the last 2 mana with hyper pop, so it's a 3 auto every time

I think blue buff is better in stats because in spellweaver annie is better to play it with no emos so shojin and blue still 4 autos

Isnt Raise the Tempo relevant for Annie? Getting her to 4th cast earlier so she can start spreading the damage seems to be a little bit relevant. Specially if Ekko will stun twice, Seraphine and Sona also will be casting twice. Hmmm, its an honest question.

Old man can't even do simple math between blue buff and shojin🤨 Also 5 spell is better than 2 emo with blue because annie need 4 auto to cast anyway
