I can't offer an educated opinion on anything related to ballet. But I've been watching many KZread videos and I can say that even an amateur like me can see how good Melanie is. It's a pleasure to watch her dance.

She’s very talented, with crazy turning ability. A trained eye can see that she needs to really work on her feet and turnout as well as fluidity of the in- between moments and connecting movements, but that should all come with time. The feet are the hardest part but it’s not insurmountable.

Wonderful. Strong, controlled and yet delicate at the same time. Light as air.

Melanie would be an asset to any ballet company. She would look amazing on any stage in the world. I honestly believe we all have things we are gifted at, and it’s clear Melanie was born to be a ballerina. I’m not discounting her hard work and exceptional training at all, but there are some things that just aren’t taught. Her lines are long and gorgeous. I also love the way she uses the entire count in her phrasing and expression and doesn’t rush. She makes extremely hard steps appear lofty and effortless. That is the essence of ballet. I can’t wait to see where her gifts take her! 💖🩰

@solagratia8573 Thank you for telling me that. I am in Scotland and follow this group on KZread. There is a younger girl called Victoria, I think she is part of this school of ballet. She is a superstar. ✨️ In my opinion, she will be one of the great ballet dancers of her generation.

She looks like a ballerina in a jewelry box. She’s perfect. The toe box on her shoes are wonderful support for her. She’s so stationary in her turns and does not “wonder”. Incredible dancer!!!!

The aspect of Melanie’s art is how effortless she makes it look. Her look of confidence is an art. The technique she has is a statement of hard work and hard won discipline. I believe Melanie would be welcome at American Ballet Theater. Her comportment is exactly their style. Whatever she chooses, she was born to be recognized as an up and coming ballerina of the 21st century.

What I love about her performing this is, aside her awesome abilities of course, that she brings so much joy to it. She really seems to love to dance and bringing that feeling across is what makes me love watching a dancer ❤

Am I the only one that likes it better when they don't wear costumes and such? I just love being able to see all their moves. I think it takes away from their talent. Although I understand they are roles they play. I just love watching ballet
