I started to support Liverpool around 2008-2009 when I was a kid. Mainly due to the partnership of Stevie G & Torres. Was really gutted when Torres move to Chelsea. During 2010- mid 2015 we suffered a lot. I also keep hearing the stories of Liverpool’s past glories & used the “we got 5 champions league” card as a come back for any banter from United fans lol. However I kept thinking that when will I ever get to experience the actual glory & the feeling of supporting strong club. Until Jurgen comes in, it all change. We no longer have doubts whenever we going into any games. He made us believe that this team can bring the glories that Liverpool deserves. And most importantly he made us believe in Klopp. This news breaks my heart & I’ll definitely cry. But I’m gonna hold my tears until the end of this season when he actually left. Thank you Jurgen. You’ll Never Walk Alone ❤

First of all, the legacy Jurgen leaves behind him will be irreplaceable. What a true great of a man, in footballing terms, and as a human. What he has done for the city of liverpool can not be understated. Secondly, if anfield takes this as I believe it will, the atmosphere for the rest of the season is going to be nothing short of ferocious! It'll be the most emotionally charged atmosphere in a charge for final glory that's been seen here for decades. Strap yourselves in folks. The guy calls himself "the normal one," but I say, "Let's get ready for something special." Every player will run an extra mile. Every fan will sing an extra decibel. Let's make this man go out in style.

What a manager, I'm a united fan but you can always recognise brilliance. And Klopp is that. Reminds me of Sir Alex with the man management and how he seemigly strained the best performances out of his players. That can only happen when you're highly respected by your team and the team fight for you. Good luck to him.

Its so refreshing to see a top manager, be totally honest about where he's at mentally. He looks jaded and he's gone at it full tilt for the best part of a decade. So much of the time in football pressers, the optics are managed to the point where you cant take any valuable info from them at all. But this was vulnerable, brutally honest and human.

Bad news for Liverpool. He was their best signing in the club's history. May not have won more than the other managers, but the team he started of with and the money that was spent, he's done the best job. I think he should have taken the Germany job, but returning to Dortmund or trying something new in either Spain or Italy wouldn't be a bad idea either. Not sure if he'd ever manager Madrid. Dortmund and Liverpool were similar clubs. Maybe Napoli I see him managing at. If he went Italy, I'd hope for him to manage Milan tbh

two years ago he stated that he'd take a break from management in 2024 so it's not much of a surprise to me. He said he'd take a break, so maybe he won't take a job this summer but maybe the following summer. I hope his next job is either Germany or Milan

@@JD-hx7yd yeah I do. They've recently been able to win the title and went far in Europe last season too. They just need the right coach. Milan were always my favourite Italian team because of Maldini. So, I hope that's his next club, but I doubt it. I think there's more chance of him joining Napoli. But klopp at a club that has the funds, that club would dominate the country and Europe. Klopp is that good. I rate him above Pep. Pep is great, but we've never seen him test himself at a struggling club. Klopp turned things around at Dortmund, then again at Liverpool. He could retire and never manage again, but I hope he continues

Ymmv but I think Hendo leaving has a bit to do with this departure, as well. He & Jurgen were bonded tight together, like a found father-son team. Jordan was Jurgen's voice on the pitch in the thick of it. They went through the crucible together, they fronted out critics, and it was their vision of LFC and their emotional drive to validate themselves and each other that drove them on. It can't have been easy for either of them to walk away after so long, or for Jurgen to come to a place where he isn't on the same page or team as Hendo anymore. What hurts the most is that Jordan won't be there with the rest of LFC to say goodbye or send off the man who meant and gave so much, it doesn't feel right.

I think yes he is tired. It’s a part of why he’s leaving. He signed a 4 year deal 2022. I can’t help but think the month of August this year. It was nuts with players leaving. Caicedo. Hendo. Fab etc. And at the same time the owners would not pay a fee for Bellingham. I think that time drained him and he said okay I’ve had enough.

Liverpool fans need to prepare for the worst now. Certain players won't choose Liverpool anymore because of him leaving. Certain big Liverpool players will maybe leave now. Get ready for a new era where Liverpool is struggling. Klopp did so much to elevate that club back to the top. Hopefully they are able to appoint a good replacement. Just steer away from Gerrard, other unproven former players and get someone with an actual vision and good man management.
