I love the example of integrity that you show. ("Let deeds, not words, be your adorning". - Baha'i Faith) So important that our actions speak louder than words. It's one of the reasons I love to watch your channel - also, my cat likes to watch as well. lol

Honesty is always the best policy, and it pays off…usually! So glad the customer didn’t make a fuss about the broken tile. And now you know that a bit more training of your students is required for them to really understand the procedures. Glad you’re having nice summer weather where you are and can enjoy the outdoors! Thanks for another great video.

Roofs are great but frightening to watch, always scared you are so high up, whilst decks, paths, patios come up like new. Dad is still with you and now training a new employee, good on you. Hope you are fully recovered with your hand, blessings to you and your family. Australia 🇦🇺

If you need to take a break then you should do that. Men in their 20s seem to have the tendency to run themselves ragged and it does no one any good. Regarding the broken tile, would you be able to build a mini practice roof for your employees to practice on? Not anything super huge, maybe a square meter or two? That way they can get a feel for the pole without the pressure of it being another person's property? This would also let them practice as much as they needed to until they (at least) remember to brace before taking their foot off the pedal.

I’d love to know if you’re ever tempted to do “art” like drawing a smiley face on the roof before you clean the rest, or is there a risk it might still be visible afterwards? Also, can the sand blasted out of the cleaned paving ever be cleaned and recycled, or perhaps used for sandblasting machines? Thanks 😊

what if you had an attached wheel on the long pole while doing the roof which would prevent you from damaging any more tiles and also, i'm sure it would take some of the load from you holding it the whole time. yes the wheel would have to be soft material as to not damage the tiles. just an idea.

when you are working with the roof poles. why don't you make the scaffolding do the lifting work? I don't know how to explain it well (I do have the idea in my head just not the words) but in short the idea is that it helps in carrying the wait and also if you would let go of said lance it will just stay hanging in the air just above the work surface.
