As you get older your sleep schedule will get better lol it does feel good to sleep in sometimes when you can. Good to see you on here missed you and still miss you with the family. I hope you loving it in Brazil and doing good on your mission.

I recently travelled to Thailand from the UK and got a really nasty virus off the plane; it took me about 4 nights of being wide awake to finally get back to sleep normally. What made it worst was a 12-hour train journey in 3rd class. I've never started re-aligning my body before going to another country but maybe I'll try it!

brazilian here! drink a lot of water and don’t use your phone on the streets! people can be really kind and open here, really affectionate, so like if you feel uncomfortable remember that it’s pretty normal! although i think you’ll like that!

I think the cold water is good for circulation? I’ve heard that washing/rinsing your hair in cold water is good for your hair and scalp

I have insomnia and severe sleep apnea!! I never sleep. My Bipap machine when I do nap is a life saver though.
