You need to use the vector pen to use the vector layer

Add a normal layer not a vector one

Ur using a vector layer! What u wanna do is tap the 3 dots and then find the button that says ‘Rasterize’ and tap that and then it should be back to normal!

I figured it out! it was the pen (I was using a vector pen) so it became a vector layer!
