Dang that comeback was crazy. You really showcased your mastery of both the social and strategic elements of this game against 2 players who were lacking in either.

What rank is he. I think he’s a master level player? Maybe not grandmaster, but probably a master

@@1mol831 He is usually expert because he intentionally plays unoptimally to make games more interesting. I.E. not stalemating for an hour hoping for the other person to give up. He has said that when he really tryhards he gets master rank.
I do feel that if you'd taken black out before orange magenta might've not been to happy about that, not sure how it would've worked out cause you would have gotten black's cards but it worked out beautifully in the end. GG
15:00 I think you are looking at Red's situation wrong, they were a thorn in black's side much more than gunning for you. Since it is hard to hold regions in this map, they kind of found themselves in no-mans-land without a place to hold. Magenta and orange became allies, each giving the other a place to hold, and then magenta allied with you to give you a place to hold. You were friendly with black, who is close to getting Asia. Red was the odd man out, the only area they could make a play for was the European one.

True and the only play for red was to block him from cards to force him attack other players to progress the game and leave him alone

The issue wasn't that Red needed territory and needed to slap areas down, that's fine and expected. Red's issue is that he pissed off everyone while doing it. If he was a better neighbor to Orange, Orange would have left him mostly alone, Orange was very passive to White and Magenta. If he was better neighbors earlier to White instead of fortifying in-between his stacks, he wouldn't have put his deathstack at Red's border. The Red player could have ONLY been bad neighbor to Black, and no one would have cared, because Black was isolated and weak. After exhausting Black, maybe Magenta gets ideas and hits orange, or maybe White, not tied down to Red's aggro, decides to break Magenta. Basically, being this aggro is bad. You can't make everyone an enemy all the time.

Naw Red was being a horrible neighbor by trying to shove himself into other peoples territories on 3 seperate players, then tried to pick CG as his last target as the last person to get a bonus, to card block and try to force CG to fight for him in order to get a card. Though the repetitive taunting when CG didn't play to Reds tune honestly made it look more like Red was salty and tried to greif CG on his way out. Even going as far as to park what was left of his stack inside CG's territory.
At the beginning, you saw Black fortify into Arabia and thought that meant they were going for Arabia, when really they were just trying to move those troops in the direction of Asia Minor, where most of their material was. Arabia was supposed to be yours, but instead you put a big stack in Ottoman Europe, and didn't combine your stacks in Arabia to give red a path out, which annoyed them because they were trying to go for Ottoman Europe.
Hey CG, just a quick tip, if you find the camera animations annoying you can turn them off in settings for faster attacking speed.
yeah, you could have eliminated black for four cards at one point. It didn't matter in the end anyway because of your supirior strategy, well played CG.
Nice to see you playing other maps. Definitely looks like you'd have to rely on blizzards to have holdable bonuses.
Man i dont know why, but i felt this episode was soooo chill all the way through
29:18 you could have broken their bonus from africa as the +5 bonus area connects to 2 territories
I love how Arabia is a 7 point hold and only has 8 provinces
you could get card from block at 15:00 since he didnt have bonus
This map is easy to hold a bonus if you have a great start
(Parody) I haven’t seen the ottomans in a while I wonder where they are at 🦃
This is a tight map. Dunno how this can be fun. Well, later on bonuses don’t matter
Feels like red was feeding the win to orange by antagonizing everyone except orange.
I didn't notice that you had this channel. Are you planning on using this to experiment on different types of games? Subscribed.

I think its just a lower effort one. I believe these are from his streams, and they're also not edited to cut out when he's just waiting.
14:20 black opened up a spot for you to get a card though 😭(not trust because he didnt have bonus anyways)
Holy, wow.
wasnt bad luck, was bad map knowledge, you attacked an extra territory you didnt need to. you went to a 3 stack terrirtory when you could have attacked a 1 stack
Finally!!!! A NEW MAP!!!!😍😍
Yes
I have no idea what this game is or how it works but I'm hooked on you playing it keep up the good work
What is the benefit in moving the slider to precisely 100% instead of max troops?
Would love to hear some tips about handling a map like this. I've been playing both regular and capital using fixed and progressive cards and just struggle on this map against the CPUs. Maybe I am trying to hard to take and hold continents?

When you're playing progressive especially on maps like this where there are way too many holds you shouldn't think about holding bonuses much. Bonuses will give you like 7 troops, whereas just having a card trade can give you incredible amounts. You should just make sure you have a plausible card turn order. If you are too early and will be forced to take a low card trade then skip a turn to go later and get 3 to 5 times the troops you would. If you're playing fixed in a map like this, then it's all diplomacy. Know your neighbours, gain their trust and try to work together.

Another good vid bdw you don’t always have to post vids in with you win many do some funny chalandges like playing the map u played in your last vid but you have to go for the sun like blu did👍
W as always cg plays
orange is so lucky but cant utilize it to his advantage nice comeback tho
14:35 Did you miss black allowing you to card trade or did you not want to risk upsetting him?
Orange would have had a another card trade on three at the end...
He could of attacked black when card blocked
No Rank check, sadness
THEY HAD ANOTHER CARD TRADE ON 3??!!?!
Dang no player ranks at the end?
orange played that end terribly. he really should ve won that
The risk on the switch is dumb it common to lose 4 troops to one rarely do I no lose troops. I was hitting a 9 stack I lost 30 troops and there's no way to stop the auto attack
whats the point of moving the slider
Damn if orange had played faster, he would've won
3rd comment This map is the expanded Ottoman Empire
