    190 ! You look thin , you are tall so I think you are a healthy weight. Honestly you truly look beautiful and fit . I finally had the courage to weigh myself and I need to drop 38 pounds more to be honest. Your videos helped me lose 23 pounds so far . I am no longer pre diabetic 🙏🏼🤍.

    In my 30's I weighed 365, took me 2 years and I went down to 155 lbs, I maintained it for many years until 2021/22 when Covid hit and I was diagnosed with 22 different medical conditions and I'm in my 50's now. Not working, bored out of my mind, stopped exercising, eating processed food, I weighed myself March 2023, I was at 250 lbs, It's now October 2023, I weighed earlier this week, I'm at 170 lbs, from exercising and eating only vegetables, some fruits, meat, eggs and water. I was able to cure two medical conditions. It is very easy to get into a slump. I tell everyone don't be so hard on yourself, just get back to living a healthier life style. Myra, I love both the keto and low carb recipes you share. I also learned a lot about fasting after you talked about it awhile back ago on one of your podcasts, so I have started fasting for about a month now, does wonders! Prepping did help me in the beginning and I do prep a lot of my vegetables in containers. At my age, 54, I'm not looking to be skinny minny, I just want to feel healthy and feel good. Keep your podcast going, it has helped a lot of viewers!

    Happy for you. Many attribute weight loss only to that body shape they have in their head, forgetting the many health problems it'll help them avoid.     Have you thought of hormonal changes for women over 35+. Balancing Hormones play a huge role in weigh loss. Less is more... on workouts and more protein. I do moderate carbs and low fat. I learned the hard way that extreme workouts hurt your body more so I do low impact and short workout. My priority is to keep my hormones balanced as much as I can now that I'm 40.

    I had lost 60 pounds and probably have regained 25-30 pounds. I haven't gotten on the scale but I know from how my clothes fit. I restarted keto Monday ... On day 5 and feel better already! I completely fell off from May-Oct. I hope to lose it by Christmas. I wish you success on your journey!!

    I lost 30 pounds doing intermittent fasting. I have maintained that loss for about 18 months now. I try to fast a minimum of 18 hours. If I go 20 hours or more then I follow OMAD because it’s hard to throw in more than one meal in 4 hours. I drink black coffee only. I eat what I want. I do not follow a low carb or low calorie diet. My doctor was also very pleased with my blood work.

    I am so excited to begin my 12 week cut starting on the 23rd of this month. I just got back from a vacation, a family wedding, so I’m dedicated to these next 12 weeks. I need this kind of structure now that we are coming up on the Holidays! That’s so brave of you to step on the scale for us!     I absolutely love your channel!!! I’ve been watching and following for the last couple of years! I had gastric sleeve surgery just over a year ago and have lost a little over 100lbs. I’ve been stuck for almost two months and am so thankful for this video. Scheduling my first skin removal surgery for June since my surgeon wants me to maintain for 6 months before she will do them. I want to get about 10-15 more off and then maintain it. I love that you are so open and honest!!! I would definitely be one that’s interested in a meal plan!!!

    Yes! I would love all tips and tricks!! I've been following keto/low carb for about four years, lost 100 pounds and have put back 25 from stress and lack of focus. Time to refocus! My goal is to drop 50 pounds to hit what I think is my goal.

    As most of us women feel about showing the scale to anyone, I really appreciate you being so open with us. IF has such a big impact on my weight loss. I tried 24hr IF and it was no problem. But then when it was time to eat, I think I was so excited I ate more than I should have. I need to regain my discipline. Hard boiled eggs is my go to along with your recipe of bagels. I made a bunch and froze them. Your channel has been extremely helpful on this journey though so thank you!!

    Oh wow hun,I'm so happy to here you are doing a video like this. I too had lost 90 pounds and have been keeping it off up until 2020 but have gained back 30 pounds in the past 3 years ever since I hit menopause. I went from 108 pounds to 141, and only 5.3. I went from size 2 to a 4, and now my size 4 are tight. I'm 51 years old so my hormones are changing and I feel like it's harder. I'm going to definitely go back into intermittent fasting as well. I need to get this 30 pounds off. Awesome video, thank you for sharing Mayra. Much ❤❤❤❤

    I love this video!! I got away from low carb and fasting and gained 25lbs the last year and a half. So frustrating and I’ve felt just awful. I had labs done and got the results thanksgiving day. What a wake up call. Immediately went lower carb and cut out all sugar and inflammatory foods. Also started IF slowly again. I’ve lost 7lbs since then. Feeling so much better and I’m so committed. I am doing a little more good carbs this time and making sure I’m getting enough calories. Can’t wait to see more of your journey!! ❤

    I watched your pumpkin iced coffee video and I've been making on nearly every day! I'm a huge pumpkin fan. 😋 I'm a big fan of eggs, too. I like making pickled beet eggs. I'm not a big fan of plain water, either. 😛 Looking forward to your meal plans. 😊
