The real Tips and Tricks for Siege: ATTACKING - Calling out and communicating is very important in siege - When picking an operator go with the one thats best suited for the map and getting on or to objective and defending it. - Lets say you're an attacker and you have you're operator taking outside cameras and watching spawn peaks is a big thing to look out for before getting inside the building. A defender communicating to a roaming caveira is a big game changer. - Once inside building take out cameras in your path and if there's no Jackal then watch for roamers if jackal dies try to collapse on the roamer you have an Idea of where he could be now. - As an attacker its your job to make sure you don't fall for frost traps and Kapkan traps people are creative when placing these so be on the lookout twitch or IQ won't always be there. - Once you've gotten past roamers and traps theres OBJ, Thermite and Hibana are good for taking down or opening up new angles into OBJ If there's a castle who puts up, armored plating for windows and doors, you're gonna need a breaching charge or hit 12 times which is very time consuming ash is also good for this. - Okay a lot of situations can happen when you're on objective, there could be another roamer you missed and he can't make it to objective which is a win, theres probably 2 to 3 people on objective and you've taken them out which is a win, you and a defender both down each other then it becomes a bleed out contest. IF you lose you simply made an error somewhere and mistakes happen getting mad helps no one just call out who killed you and where. DEFENDING - Calling out and communicating is very important in siege - When picking an operator for this go with what is best suited for the kind of map and objective. - Okay you have you're defender now ask you're self this should I be roaming or staying near or on objective. - Reinforce walls this is crucial because it makes it easier for attackers, so reinforce barricade everything you can. - Spawn peeking DO NOT GET GREEDY you don't have to kill someone just injuring them is enough a person at half health is easier to take down than a person at full health. - Once you've spawn peeked or seen someone call out who you saw and where they're heading this will help roamers know where to be when the attacker enters. - As a roamer you should know you could die and get no kills or you could very much kill their entire team still call out who everyone is and where they're going so people on OBJ can prepare for this. - Have situational awareness DO NOT SHOOT the person on the ground bleeding out when someone else is running or peeking around the corner shooting you. Back off and play it smart you know whose they're and where they are call it out and hopefully a teammate can assist you. - NEVER look at camera when you're visible and easy to shoot you're not helping when you're looking into a camera and saying nothing. - PROTECT OBJ at all cost because if its bomb or hostage and attackers take control of one bomb or the hostage its game over because you're team starts to scramble and become potatoes. ATK OPERATORS - Sledge has a breaching hammer he can knock a perfect square into non-reinforced walls and knock down barricades and barbed wire - Thatcher throws EMPs but be careful you only get 3 of these and they are used to help teammates place charges and take out electronics. - Ash has breaching rounds good for rushing or opening new angles CANNOT be used on reinforced walls. - Thermite has 2 Exothermic breach charges used only for taking down reinforcements. - Twitch has a drone that can't jump but her drone has a stun gun which is good for taking down Mira windows and electronics and cameras. You get 13 shots per drone and 2 drones - Montagne has an extendable shield good for mobile cover. - Glaz has a sniper with a thermal scope, he can see through smoke and he gets 3 smoke grenades. Everyone in it appears green don't shoot teammates. - Fuze has 3 grenade charges place on a door, Window or non-reinforced wall and you nuke a room with four blast. NEVER NUKE THE HOSTAGE WITH THIS GUY. - Blitz has a shield with a built in flashing bang big enough to flash a whale. You get 5 of these. - IQ can spot electronics through walls downside is she has her pistol out while she does this and its good for combating pulse. - Buck has an under barrel shotgun 6 shots 5 clips good for opening angles even through floors and walls that are not reinforced. - Blackbeard Has a deployable glass shields for his gun each can take 3 hits and he has 2 most just aim for his waist and chest area. - Capitao has 2 smoke and 2 fire arrows good for catching Tachanka and and anyone hiding in a corner or deployable shield. - Hibana has x-carios pellets little exothermic charges like thermite but unlike thermite she does not need to physically place these her self she has a gun that shoots 3 in a row of 2 and she gets 3 clips of these enough to make a door in or an angle in. - Jackal has a device that lets him see defender foot prints and if he scans it he can see who it is and where exactly they are he gets to scan 3 times and if you are caught by this he can see your location 4 times the initial location tracker and and that last 3 are every 10 seconds. DEF OPERATORS - Smoke has 3 smoke charges he can throw and when activated lets out this yellow smoke that hurts anyone even own teammates and you can see through this unless you're glaz. - Mute has 4 mute charges he can place when placed drones or other electronics become useless Twitch is good for taking these out. - Castle has 3 steel barricades they're bullet proof but Glaz can shoot through it it takes 12 hits to take it down and one hit with your hammer if you're sledge and if you're gonna place a breaching charge on a door watch your feet. - Pulse you can see people heartbeats through walls and has a 4 meter range so yo can see someones heartbeat across the map. - Doc you have a healing pistol that can pick up downed teammates or heal them you have 3 of these 5 on Terrorist hunt. - Rook has armor plating for the team place these at the beginning of the round they take less damage. - Kapkan can place 3 charges at doors or windows if an attacker walks past the red laser without noticing they go boom and die. - Tachanka our lord and savior chanka he places one mounted lmg with a shield protecting his head and nothing protecting his lower part capitao, fuze, and grenades are good for countering this. - Jager usually roaming and has 3 air defenses he can place on walls and floors to stop fuze or flashes or nades. - bandit can place 4 little electrical charges that send an electrical current through whatever its placed on it can be placed on reinforcements, barbed wire, and deployable shields. - Frost has 4 bear traps that she can place only on floors and if someone gets caught in it you hear a loud snap and you'll see a downed person in one of your traps if you fall in 2 traps then you're dead. - Valkyrie can place 3 360 degree cameras anywhere once the round starts so get creative with Val and put cameras in hard to find places. - Caviera has a pistol that downs enemies even if it was a headshot and her knife auto downs people too and her ability lets her move silently and quickly through the map and you have your pistol out while you do this and caviera can also walk up to downed enemies and interrogate them letting your team see for themselves where the attackers are even through walls. If you're attacking and this happens run outside and prepare to get rushed. - Echo has a yoke drone that if used against you you become dizzy its best to get somewhere safe and sit still for like 5 secs and the effects will go away. - Mira has 2 windows that if you place on a reinforcement you can see on the other side of the reinforcement but you can see on the other side its just black and if you interact with the red gas chamber holding the window up you release the window allowing you to shoot through the now opened window. Here's a list I wrote for some basic tips for beginners: 1. Always use your operators gadget/ability, it is often crucial for the success of your team. Know your operators role for the team, and play accordingly. 2. Use the drone for information. If you are unsure about entering a doorway or a room, drone it out. It is recommended that you keep your drones alive as long as possible, they can be used until destroyed. 3. Communication and information is vital in this game. Finding out where the enemies are and conveying that information to your team can be extremely effective. 4. Cameras on defense are spread out throughout every map. Once map knowledge is further developed, cameras can be used effectively for information, and flanks. 5. On defense, you should always have 1 or 2 roamers. (operators who stay away from objective) A good roamed can stay undetected, and effectively flank the enemy. A roamers main task is to delay the enemy team as much as possible. 6. ACOGs necessary aren't always the best option for console. If you watch R6 Pro League on console, 1x scopes are far more common, because on console, these sights help with close quarters combat, while ACOGs can make it very hard. (Weapon attachments are mostly personal preference) 7. Use the objective to your advantage. In Secure Area (most popular in regular play), the game will say "contested" if you are in the obj with an enemy. If you are an attacker in the obj and it says "securing", nobody is in the objective. 8. Prefire. If you know exactly where an enemy is, prefire their location. This can be very overpowered when done right. 9. Keep your sights at head level. This game was designed around the 1 shot headshot mechanic. All too often I see new players aim there sights in at knee level. Keeping your sights at head level gives you the advantage to get that headshot and kill them instantly w/o giving them much of a chance. 10. Destruction, and using the environment to your advantage. Creating angles, by destroying walls and making holes can be extremely effective for holding an area of the map as a defender, or pushing as an attacker. These can often take the enemy by surprise. 11. Small, but barricading every door can actually backfire on your team in many ways. 12. Using the ping feature (left on d-pad) can give your teammates a better understanding of where the enemy is pushing from. This can also be used to notify your teammates "this wall needs to be reinforced" or "grab the armor here", etc. 13. Your operators speed and armor. If your operator is a 3 speed 1 armor operator, they die quicker, but are much more mobile and can move more silent. 1 speed 3 armor operators are the exact opposite. 2-2 operators are in between. Roamers are usually 3 speed. 14. Using all of your utility to the best of your ability. Use claymores to block off a run out, use stuns to help breach, use smokes for glaz or to block off a line of sight. The most powerful, the grenade, can be used to kill. Knowing the enemy's location and nading them directly or from below is extremely satisfying. 15. Always reinforce, but know what you're reinforcing. Map knowledge plays a big role in this. In bomb, you want to connect the sights usually, by destroying walls in between with a shotgun or impact grenades, instead of reinforcing. 16. On defense, time is on your side.the attackers have to come to YOU, not the other way around. Know when to play aggressive, and went to fall back in obj. Roamers jobs are to delay time, so attackers will less time to focus attacking on objective, leading to rushing their push and mistakes. 17. On attack, never sprint out of spawn. Especially getting to higher ranks, spawn peeking is quite frequent. Check all windows that are visible coming out of spawn, prefire them if you like. 18. Rook/Doc: Mp5 > P90 or shotgun, Ash: R4C > G36C imo 19.Always check corners of rooms you're entering. Even if it's on the complete other side of the map from objective, roamers could be anywhere. Even droning before isn't enough. Make sure the room is clear before proceeding to further actions. 20. Always beware of your flank. Especially with time winding down and a roamer still alive, a flank could be expected. Claymores can counter this somewhat, but not fully. 21. Don't panic if you are last man standing. Often, people feel the pressure of their team and panic, while playing too passively and giving their opponent(s) more ground to move up and pin you, or too agressive and run into the enemy's sights. In clutch situations, you want to passive, but know when to make a quick aggressive peek or move. Hold tight angles, and don't expose yourself too much. 22. Vertical play. Destroying the floor or the ceiling for both offense and defensive to create angles is very effective. Knowing what the destroy comes with map knowledge and is very useful. 23. Try not to go alone on attack. Especially if there is a Caviera on the enemy team, lone wolfing isn't the smartest option. If if you die, having a teammate there with you can trade for you and kill the enemy who killed you. 24. Don't all push from one side. Be with your teammates, but not all of them. Pushing an objective from all sides can make it very difficult for defenders to hold the site. 25. Don't reload after every kill. Instead, aim at a doorway where another enemy could be peeking from to avenge their fallen teammate. 26. Last, play with respect. Don't be that toxic teammate who back seat games and gets mad at all his teammates. Be supportive of your teammates and try to stay positive.

1. Use the operators gadgets, it's what makes them individualised 2. Place down rooks armour immediately an then destroy it after the preparation phase because the enemies can equip it if there are any left 3. Use Rooks MP5 4. Learn about reinforced walls 5. Ashes breaching rounds (gadget) cannot break through reinforced walls 6. Caveira should never be used in objective, roam with her 7. Never use recruit when you have available operators to choose, any operator is a better option 8. Don't be afraid to tear down a teammates barricade if you need to get through 9. Take a little time to read about all the operators and what they do 10. Try the situations to test out some operators 11. Use your mic, communicate with your teammates, it's a big part of the game 12. Unless you are extremely experienced with him, never use fuze on hostage 13. If you have you option to use frags, use them 14. Don't scan enemies using somebody's Valkyrie camera, these are the cameras with a blue tinge and if you don't scan them they won't know it's there, this is when you can use the mic to do callouts 15. When using the drone wherever you look is where you jump, look straight up and you will jump high but not far

HUNTERWHITE101 you forgot never use fuze in hostage

1) Use Reinforcements 2) Always aim head level, and predict where people will peak. 3) ACOGS are really only good if you are trying to hunt for heads or spawn trap. So since you are new to the game, use Holos or Reflexes. 4) For 3 armored operators on defense, sit in the objective while the faster operators with 1 speed, can run away from the attackers faster and stall them. 5) Don't really use shields on defense. Once an attacker spots you sitting behind your shield, it basically gives your position away and allows them to either prefire or keep their sights on you while you most likely won't realize they even know where you are. So, use Nitro Cells and Barb Wire. Preferably Barb Wire for new players like you, because they are easy to slow the offenders by placing it choke holds while Nitro Cells need practice. 6) When you a clearing a room by looking through a window or door, stand to one of the sides and lean to close down the amount of angles the opponent has on you. 7) If you get engaged with a fire fight with another player, don't peek an angle twice in a row. Peek it once, then move to a different position to make the opponent make the move and possibility slip up. You could change your stance or positioning of yourself to use your cover more efficiently, but the smarter play would to run and retreat. 8) Since you are still learning the game, on attack, let one of your teammates enter a room first (talking about when you are on offensive.) hopefully your teammate has more experience with the game and can kill an opponent in the room to give your team an advantage and you'll still live. Or, if he dies, you can use information like where the bullets came from, what gun he/she was using (which can tell you what operator he or she was) and how many people were shooting at your teammate. 9) Most special gadgets are not used for killing people, some examples are Ash and Buck. Even though they shoot some type of round, they are mainly used to break open barricades, walls, etc.. Hopefully you'll read this and take the information to your advantage. Any likes to help Ali's skill and experience of Rainbow would be great, but not mandatory. Have fun!

Also to the left of your compass on your HUD, there is a notification telling you what floor your on and the name of the room, this is especially useful when giving callous to your team on where you died

Lastly, on every round as an attacker you are give 2 camera drones, one is used at the beginning of the round, and the second can be thrown out using the right button on the D-PAD

Who remembers when you had to buy the sights

Heres some tips, 1. If you play rook, When loading in spam R1 to drop ur armor quicker snd be able to reinforce quicker. 2. ADS more so youre ready to shoot before the enemy is. 3. In the main menu, take the time to go into operators screen and customise the people you play. 4. For new players I recommend staying on sight and holding an angle on where your teammates are dying. 5. Try and save your drone so you can drone out where your entering. 6. Reinfore the objective 7. Use your stun grenades, Theyre abit inconsitant but they are useful. 8. Try and branch out and play different operators so you can find some one your really like and good at 9. Instead of using ur drone to find people, drive around the map and try memorize the map to get used to it. 10. Try and get used the sounds it gives you a big advantage being able to hear enemies around you. 11. Always Enter from somewhere different on attack because the defenders might realise where you come from and wait there. 12. Play the situations to get used to different guns and gadets and also the objectives. 13. Pkay terrorist hunt to get better aim and map knowledge.

Walls with red crosses on them are reinforced. This means you can only destroy them using Thermite or Hibana. Ash can break plain white walls or the brown wooden barricades.

Memories when ali swears

Sprint a lot more. You seem super cautious and almost scared. When you get close to the obj start walking and if you hear or see someone lean and crouch walk. As rook stay on the obj and let faster teammates like jager or bandit go around the map and catch the enemies. Stay on the obj and prone. Also ash has a high pickrate so its good to have a second attacker just incase if you dont though pick recruit with m870 and rush in. Having a second operator as a starter is more important on defense. Lean ALOT MORE. Even when you’re walking lean. On every corner as an attacker lean and check if its clear. The game doesn’t have that little aim assist the other games like cod have either so keep you crosshair on head level because headshots are REALLY important. Also when peeking in an active gunfight lean from behind the wall then go in start shooting and then get back and repeat. When counter peeking keep strafing left and right. Don’t use ashes gadget on reinforced walls (the walls with the x or crosses on them). When you can pick up the hostage and you don’t hear anyone just grab and go, don’t look behind this isn’t tdm its hostage but if its not possible try to win the match tdm way.

Don't forget when playing as rook to place you armour down at the start of the round as this helps your team a lot And as a level 220 I would not recommend suppressor unless you feel confident about headshots because suppressor reduces valuable damage and as your a new player damage is everything so I would recommend compensator or muzzle break

being a plat 3 I'm not the best but i have some tips, might be repeats but ill tell u my strats 1. buy eager and ash straight away 2. suppressors are good but u only need it when roaming so u have the stealth 3. never get cocky and don't peak a corner when u have an advantage 4. dont barricade everything because teammates will have a tough time getting back to the obj if they are roaming 5. if your doing bad, pick rook or any operator that gives your team a boost 6. mute and bandit basically have the same ability. bandit just has a better gun 7. when starting a round on attacking check the windows for any people who are spawn killing 8. don't hog operators, if you and someone else both want to play jager don't fight him/her just pick someone else 9.communicate. r6 is a game when u need to talk 10. keep your drone in a hidden place where ur team can use it to their advantage 11. create holes in the walls using impact grenades between bomb sites 12. if your on a loosing streak stop playing for awhile n take a break 13. give teammates complements when ever u can. a team does better when they r happy instead of fighting hope this helps love u ali a

don't use ash until you are more comfortable with the maps because ash is meant to rush in and take the enemy off guard. a better pick would be black beard a slower operator who has a shield to protect you while you peek corners.
