    What about overhead? I was always taught to add 20-40 percent for overhead. That covers admin and sec accounts lawyers ect

    I really liked this video.I saved it to refer back to it, and it motivated me to to get up early and data input all my expenses to Markate, and print every month individually. To get a good look at if I am making any money. Oh what a surprise I had.

    took me nearly two years to learn this. I had a hard time not winning the estimate. Now I roughly win 20-40% of the jobs i estimate. I make more money and work less
