Yes you can do it with overlock machine, but with sewing machine is the seam flatter

It's right. But you should measure your head and check how elastic is the fabric

For sure I would like to have the dimensions Of the fabric also,And I'm pretty sure we aren't the only ones,The fabric comes In a certain width on the bolt, I guess we are to measure our head,And proceed with the project adding a couple of inches around, I'm not sure 😃, I hope this helps you, Blessings to you
