Don’t worry about videos being repetitive, KZreadrs always make the mistake of trying to change too much, then the videos lose their appeal. What you are doing is working, change will come naturally, don’t force it. Personally, I would just like to see and hear deeper explanations of the business, projects and the future, but that’s just me. Great videos!

I agree! People need to see that it takes consistency. So many KZreadr cash get it up because they can afford to bounce from one thing to another. But for most that’s not how the world works. Most of us have to be consistent to get anywhere.

Ashville weekly NEVER gets repetitive. The videos show us what is happening within the company. I just love the videos. All of your staff are great, those who appear on screen and those behind the scenes. Terry is a godsend. Last week I had to drive from Lincolnshire to Stanford Le Hope in Essex including a couple of junctions on the M25 and I was really hoping I'd see an Ashville lorry with being so far from home. Sadly I didn't but I enjoyed looking.

Glad to see you could get away and relax, even better that you recorded some of it for us. Looks like an incredible place. Lucky you have such a good team to hold the fort for you.

Not that I'm a CEO of anything; but I'm sure that Daniel knows full well that if the business he has built (including with the people he employs steadily over the years), can't run without him going on holiday and taking a break/being ill etc then he's done something wrong. It really goes to show that you've done it right when you can rely on what is obviously a great team to keep things running properly in the absence of the boss, and nobody should ever settle for less - whether you're an employee or a boss!

I'm so pleased you have finally taken some down time. Also you can see a different side to you when you are having a break as you look a lot more relaxed and definitely not as stressed. Well done Daniel it's one thing building a successful business but to then put yourself in an early grave by overdoing it and not enjoying the fruits of your hard work would be a real shame.

So pleased you have been able to get a break. You deserve it Daniel. Back in the office you have also put together such a good team that you need to remember that you can leave it in their hands and ensure that work life balance is achievable

Concrete testing and experimenting with colours and environmentally friendly concrete sounds good

went to the Maldives just before the pandemic, fell in love with the place. The Sea life is insane i travel Asia 6 months of the year.

Maldives for a whole week must have been one hell of an expensive vacation. If anyone wants an almost similar expensive with about the same level of torquoise waters but for way less; probably a tenth, check out Nungwi Beach in Zanzibar & on the shores of Mnemba island which is free. Not to mention that you are 3-4hrs away from Serengeti or the masaai mara if u wanna mix the experience.

As regards to R&D on a new concrete product 100% do it ! Without R&D you don’t progress, you may not achieve your goal but as a bi-product you may learn something new which will then lead to something else, many products we now take for granted were found accidentally trying to achieve something else. I was the same way actually, I just took a 5 day vacation to Florida to relive myself from work and classes. It was really worth it

I know a place that was videoing a concrete crusher......and the gopro they had filming it came off and went thru it. They got some sweet footage tho of a camera being crushed. (Sd card survived)

In case you are wondering, I believe from the looks of things, the guys working in Maldives seems to be doing land reclamation. Expanding the land mass of Maldives.

Just a small observation, I was taught to put bolts in downwards so if a nut came loose the bolt didn't fall out. Also the treaded end was not open to the weather, facing downerwards the crap fell off.
