Hint for the key’s. If the key is ON AND the rps is between (threshold) -10000000 (or something) and 2/3/4. Start the engine.

Oh man, that was so tense when that fin popped out of the water, and then when he took a bite I thought you were through - I remembered you'd reconfigured all of your pumps to be on-site manual so I was sure you were going to go down there and find a hole and not be able to get to the pumps or something. Good call on not extending the tanks all the way to the hull though!

Absolutely! Yes I was thinking about having attachment points on the barge for the quadcopter, but it is probably a bit too big and heavy. That would help a lot for refuelling it though! 🤘😎🤘

your generation management is very manual. Use a PID or a SR-Latch to translate your battery charge level into a clutch enable value. if you use a PID, The generator will dynamicly apply and remove clutch as the engine's RPM changes and how low the battery is

@@MrSticksman I understand the like of doing manual! Add in a number junction to go between your throttle and the auto gen, If it helps, I can make a Diagram, You shouldnt need any I values, P and maybe D values on your pid would be fine.

Love the video as always, Are you going to be adding trains in this series? Lastly whats the easiest and quickest way to find oil rigs because I've been searching on my seed and i haven't found one yet?

Thanks so much! The easiest way to find oil rigs is probably to look on the map and search for any fuel station icons which show where you can buy oil. If you zoom in really far, they should look more like a rectangular shape, different to the islands. Not sure when we'll get into trains again but we'll see what happens :)

how about a track system for your crane so it can move from the front of your ship to the back. you could maybe use solar panels and don’t forget the portable generator you could also build a balast system in to keep your boat stable :) oh and do you have a discord server?

Nice ideas! Yes I may upgrade the crane at some point. We can only do that when we have finished the mission though, as it's away from base right now. I have some solar panels on the roof of the bridge, but yes more would help. I have planned a location for the generator. I don't run a Discord server right now as I don't want one at the moment. If I ever do, I'll let everyone know in future videos :) Thanks for watching!

Yes that's a really good upgrade! The map screen is made by a viewer and it has been upgraded. Not sure if it has that feature yet though. I'll check it out when I get it back into the workbench :) Thanks!

There's not really a tool for finding holes, you can wall off different sections and try to narrow down where it is though.

Yes it can be tricky to find where the water is coming in. As pfistor said, the best way is probably to block off one section of the boat, spawn it in and see if that makes it float. Then repeat by adding more sections until you find the leak. I will be doing a live stream on Twitch tonight, 8pm BST, in which I look at viewer creations. Yes it could take more tanks. I made it specifically for the mission we are on, so it holds $10 Million of jet fuel at the price in my world, plus some extra. So it doesn't need any more right now, but we could always increase it for the future :) Thanks for watching!

I was thinking about building a seperate boat to push the barge, it's a cool idea. I just wanted this one to be self propelled. But maybe in the future I will make a barge like you are suggesting!
