    Well, I guess you gotta think to yourself, why would a person rent an exotic car? I bet 90 percent of them want to be a baller and show off at a club. 10 percent driving enthusiasts. Nothing illegal about wanting to show off, but when those are the intentions, it’s not like they are sober minded choir boys. Just my opinion, no facts lol

    It's not that 8 out of 10 exotic car renters can't drive a stick, it's that given the choice, most would prefer an automatic with paddle shifters so they can be in control of the shifting while driving hard and then be fully automatic when cruising around with today's girlfriend.

    I found that interesting too. It’s probably more of a cultural thing than an intelligence thing. I guess if you learn to drive in a country where 99 percent of cars are automatics you’re not gonna bother learning stick. I’m Australian and I literally don’t know of anyone who can’t drive stick. It’s just normal here. Most of our family saloons and suv’s are automatics but I dare say the majority of small cars, sports cars, offroad 4x4’s, utes and commercials are stick shift. You usually have to pay extra for an auto on those types of vehicles new and most people learn stick when they get their licence anyway so we tend to take the cheaper option and shift with a stick!

    Sounds like you need multiple redundant GPS systems on your vehicles so the thieves think they found the GPS and cut it but didn't realize there was a 2nd or 3rd. Inside the seats hidden within the material is nice spot, leeching off powered seat power to keep operating

    @@jeremyhanna3852 you're aware that quality car gps/cellular vehicle trackers are constantly sending out a signal, rather they send out a hello and phone home/check in at a set interval. So unless someone is using a bug detector at that exact moment when it decides to send out it's location, they wont detect it.. also the badguys are only expecting one device.. so if they happen to find the one device, most will end their search for any others as they aren't expecting more than just the factory tracker and/or an aftermarket tracker, not multiple trackers. Plus they know to search near sources of power, i.e. inside the dash, in the engine bay, fusebox area, and rear 12v accessory port.. it would be rare that they'd expect one to be hidden inside a seat leeching off the powered seats power. But one that only sends out a location update once each 3 hours or so, so only literally awake for no more than 15-30 seconds each 4 hours, they aren't going to find it with a bug detector. unless coincidentally they happen to be scanning within that 15-30 second timeframe.

  • @LycanWitch

    @LycanWitch

    @@user-yg2up4lg3r when people strip a car, they dont strip the components into sub components.. so when they pull the seats out, they aren't removing the covers, pulling the padding out, electronics, motors, springs, etc.. they just remove the seats if they even do bother to remove those, so any thing hidden in the seat would have a less likely chance of not being found. Also you have to keep in mind that these operations which nick these high end exotic vehicles, usually don't strip them, rather they keep the vehicle together in order to ship over seas and sell to buyers in other countries (i.e. middle eastern/arab buyers). It's easier and more valuable to them to shift the vehicle as a whole. It's only on lower end/street vehicles (i.e. honda) where there's an active parts market, where criminal entities tend to strip cars for their parts, as the parts tend to be more valuable than the vehicle itself, but even these operations don't strip the parts down into component parts.. they aren't pulling the pistons, camshafts, seals, bolts, etc out of an engine, rather they sell the engine as a complete engine.. or sell the seats as seats, etc.

No I don’t want to make guesses at what the arrangement they made with him to be the one to put the vehicle in his name but I’m guessing whatever amount of drugs/money that was then used to buy drugs was definitely a savvy choice. I mean he got paid out by the car exporting chaps for just using his name and then being the slick trickster he was he found a way to double down on it and he starting informing on himself for some hypothetical reward money. Smart move my man. You know what you’re doing, and pffff you don’t need nothing in writing or even a hand shake deal because you’re cut from the finest cloth and come from the old school where a man’s word is is bond and ummmm you spent aka smoked up all your initial payment already so fuck those guys trying to take advantage of you!! “And umm sooo umm can I get like a front on the reward money that you’ll be giving me when I get myself and everyone else arrested??” Maybe, I dunno, we’ll see. Man come on quick cause it’s 8:30pm and my dude said he’s not gonna be available after 10pm and I’m feel kinda sick.” Wait what was that last part about? Your family doctor stays open till 10pm? “Hey man they’re arresting me!! No hey I’m on your side I was *looks at everyone eyes and ears locked into him with daggers in their eyes mixed with the fuc! did you just say* ...I was just um walking here, yeah..I’m walking here! What’s this about. *looking around to see he covered his ass*” Phone call from jail- “Hey soo umm what’s up you think you could um come up to Baltimore for my hearing and tell the judge I’m a good guy and maybe you could send me some of the money now or umm hire me a lawyer with it cause I have a public defender and he’s says or his answering machine says I won’t be able to talk to him to the day of the hearing 5 min before I see the judge man. So can we figure out the reward money for saving your car for ya? Oh and maybe put some money on my books? I mean I just got you like what a couple 100 racks so yah, how much you thinking?”........”hello? It’s cause of me you got the car back. They would have never found it if it wasn’t for me”. ......Welll thing is you stole my car. You didn’t save my car. Then you were being a cluck and sold out all your buddies and their whole operation in hopes of just the idea of a chance of possibly getting high. I think I’m going to sit this one out and distance myself far from you cause don’t they have a rule about people who tell on there buddies? No but don’t worry I’m not heartless I sent you a thank you letter you should be getting it. I wrote really big on the letter ~Your info made everything possible~ and below that I wrote in red ink ~To me your not a snitch, you’re a Go Getter! And go getter get thank you letters!!~ I also did something neat. I decided to put money on everyone else books in your pod as well as yours. I also asked for a favor that they could let everyone know that it was thanks to you helping me get my car back and how thankful I am is the reason they all got money. That should go a long way in securing you respect from the other guys and putting everyone in your pocket. Now they’ll all owe you. “..........”. Awww that’s so nice you’re speechless. Okay talk to you later.

    Even though it's easy to get caught... it's lowkey KINDA smart to have a fall guy rent the car for you... then someone else who was never on camera actually steals it... right? then what they do is have the "fall guy" report it stolen and request a reward. So basically they "steal" your car and get a reward for it... although if the reward isn't as big as the deposit and rental then it's kinda a useless idea.

    @@GordonFreeman. A MILLION RPM? What sort of.... nvm... Vibration in a static circuit (no moving parts) is not a horrible thing if you coat the entire thing in a non resonant coat (rubber or similar) then ground the actual transmitter with a metal part to remove any issues with LOS also you dont need PERFECT signal you only need general area of about 100 ft. So yeah hood is a great spot because you can position it near the windshield or in a gap for the raiser. Wheel is good too because its not a easily replaced part for some of the more expensive cars. Additonally it allows for tracking of the parts that are commonly ripped to sell. Honestly dude google "How does car work" and watch around please.
