Great video but you might want to line the shed with some Celotex or rockwall to save money on heating. It will also help to keep it cooler in the summer. I have done a similar project and trust me, it makes a massive difference. It helps with soundproofing.

Looks great and I know you're on a very tight budget and time limit but for this to be comfortable in the winter/summer you really needed some insulation in the base, walls and roof.

i would had taken some inspiration from literal tiny homes and small camper trailers to put the inside together. You would have a water supply, and an area to cook (perhaps a tiny wood stove) and a sink along with a gray water tank (which you can cheat by having literally outside, and if you really wanted to be cheeky with it you could do a hydroponics system). And still have plenty of space for some form of Murphy bed and your gaming setup, especially since your making use of a laptop. i know your making use of LED's but i'd tone down all the lights if it were me.
