There's a trick with Sethos where you walk cancel after his 2nd normal because his third one takes so long. You reset his attack string and can get the super fast ones without having to wait for the third one.

still worse than cr from slingshot even at r5 ;(

for his weapon, his 2nd BiS is actually a 3-star bow slingshot, this is cause the low base attack doesn't hurt him as much as other character and the r5 bonus it gives is massive compared to other alternatives while also giving a ton of crit rate. (his BiS is tighnari's signature weapon)

Is his bis only if your using his charged shots? He doesn't get much out of it if you play him around his burst right?

@@aundavioncook2131 Slingshot buff normal and charge attacks as well, and Sethos burst is considered charge attacks as well so Slingshot should work anyway.

@@aundavioncook2131 his burst state normal attacks are considered charge attack damage: "DMG dealt by Dusk Bolts is considered Charged Attack DMG."

I think slingshot is only 3% worse then his bis.

Quick tip: you should cancel his animation during his burst before his last attack. You can go this by simply walking. And it it a massive overall damage increase.

Good thing i got him in first 1 pull and didnt get a five star, clorinde is cool and all but furina is not only really damn strong but she's the best written character in the whole game which is why im here for

I wanted Sethos but the current weapon banner seems good and i don’t have any 5 star swords (besides Skyward but eh) so i’m not even pulling on the character banner, guess i’m just gonna be hoping for him on Standard banner or waiting a long time for a rerun … unless i get Alhaitham’s weapon really early and can use the rest of the pulls i get for this half of patch on character banner …

The current weapon banner isn’t really that good if you don’t have the characters (if you go by 5 stars) because as far as I’m aware, both the 5 star swords aren’t really usable for any other characters…

You can do any electro reactions to quick charge his charge attack

Bennett be like : Who the hell am I . I am the pyro archon I am the strongest.

I'm still trying to get good artifacts for him but using the new event bow, nahida, fischl and kirara in his fully charged shot he does 40k

You should check out n1tr0t0m’s machine gun Sethos vid. The amber mains really know how to play bows in the most insane ways.

I had 40 pity on the banner(saving for Furina) but I tried to get sethos and got Bennett c1 instead. I still have primos but I’m too close to pity so I gotta save for furina now

omg same! honestly I was horrified pulling on alhaitham’s banner because genshin always traumatizes me with early 5 stars, but I was lucky this time. even though i really want sethos, i would like furina more :(

you can use tighanri, yelan, liney or just skyward harp for the weapons those are the 4 best for him

I run Sethos with Mona, Dori, and Kirara He uses Scion bow or Hunter’s path depending on the situation and wander’s troupe(which I stole from Tighnari) The highest damage he’s done so far is around 30k, I’m still working on his talents but I think he’s doing pretty good!

i keep getting every other 4 star i can possibly get but sethos (ill probably end up getting clorinde before him atp)

My team comp that i always use with him is sethos,arlecchino,clorinde,lyney or bennet or hyperbloom

The team comp I have for sethos is raiden baizhu and nahida

i have eidolon 2 sethos, and even without me TRYING to build him he still does decent damage at level 40 while the rest of my team is level 60 and 70

he has 2 bows slingshot or hunters path. no others

First dendro and geo keqing and now electro yoimiya

I run Sethos, Clorinde, Hydro MC (Or bennett), and Lyney I have cloudforged on Sethos, Iron Sting on Clorinde, Flute on MC (Sac sword on benny boy) and prototype on Lyney

Watching the video, I remembered that my Sethos is still lv1

Mine is c3 and I run him with Zhongli, Nahida, Fishcle. He is only lvl 70 and is able to do arround 30k Aimed shots at NA level 9. I think it will go even further once he is raised even higher

Not at all. The main gimmick of Shimenawa is draining energy, which Sethos makes use of with both of his playstyles. Unless you over cap your ER, you're better off using a different set

90 pulls in, 2 five stars, and no sethos
