ngl these were some really impressive builds! the inferno looked incredibly polished, and using the trans-red projectile for the ocean creature's tongue was brilliant. Using those turtle-egg 1x1s for eyes really sold the look for a number of the builds. my only critique is please lay off the meme references, they got a bit distracting

Its funny. I always won. Except this year. REALLY wanted the penguin, and it wasn't based on functionality either. I will explain my reasonings. Mob Vote 2017: I am an ocean biology freak, and had NO idea the ocean was getting updated, nor did I ever think it would. If I would've known that I would have chosen the monster of the ocean depths. However, I really liked the Phantom's design and the fact that it was a flying mob, something that didn't exist in the overworld prior to that update. Biome Vote 2018: It was comforting to know that ALL of these updates would EVENTUALLY occur. Foxes are my favorite animal, so naturally I chose Taiga, no questions asked. Biome Vote 2019: Mountains used to SUCK. And better generation for them was sorely needed. And the in game footage blew my mind. Low and behold, Swamps came later. Mob Vote 2020: Again, ocean biology freak. The Aquatic Update spoiled me and I wanted more. So I went with the Glow Squid. Mob Vote 2021: I liked the concept of having a cute little friend flying around you, so I went with the Vex's more tame cousin, the Allay. Mob Vote 2022: Honestly, I liked the Sniffer's design the most, and the description overhyped it. I was disappointed by its final in-game functionality, but I still REALLY like the Sniffer. Its cute. Mob Vote 2023: AGAIN. OCEAN LIFE. HAD TWO OPTIONS. I really like penguins as an actual animal. Missed opportunity. (Its a win win though, cause armadillos are actually really cool animals. I'm not even mad.)

Very late comment- but neither of them were Ocean Mobs. Crabs were in Mangroves and Penguins were in Stoney Shores. Unless you were referring to them as more aquatic themed mobs in general? Other then that it's really nice to see a fellow Glow Squid enjoyer.

​@@plumfadoodle4908 Fr man, the Glow Squid gets way too much hate. The Moobloom, imo, didn't seem to have too much functionality other than 1 flower and some possible interaction with bees. And the Iceologer just looked like it was gonna be the Phantom of the mountains: annoying with low purpose. While I do agree that the mob vote was still rigged with Dream's influence and the fact Mojang kinda tricked us with the Glow Squid's functionality, I'm still extremely grateful for the glow ink sacks. I had a rlly hard time reading signs, so this made it a whole lot easier. A very small feature, but appreciated nonetheless.

Basically me for the sniffer and everything after but i wanted tye penguin just cause it's one of my favorite animals and I've wanted one in minecraft ever since I started playing also the fox is my favorite too I have a pet fox in minecraft named Alex and he's has been destroyed by lag and pillagers and all kinds of things so many times I've Had to replace him way to many times D=

If we did get the moobloom, it’ll probably spawn in the cherry blossom forests. Just like how the mooshroon spawns in the mushroom islands😊❤

The best one was definitely the Hovering Inferno! I wish they would add this beauty of mob with a sick name! The Wildfire is such a stupid name.

I play a modpack called better Minecraft, the wildfires would have been such a great edition to the nether fortresses. In the modpack they have a out 60hp and deal a lot of damage. It really slows down the progression.

I like to think the Wildfire is the king of Blaze and that if you save a Blaze(s) (could only work on multiplayer servers) the Wildfire will follow you around as protection from mobs and will summon an army of Blaze to fight for you during the Wither boss fight and/or the Ender Dragon boss fight and any other boss fight-like mobs such as Warden(kinda is a full on boss fight kind like a secret optional boss fight),Elder Gaurdian (a less important boss fight)(you must give the Blaze and Wildfire water breathing potion),Ghast(a mini boss),Ravager(a mini boss),and the Iceoliger(a mini boss) Thats my interpretation of the Wildfire
