Most of the cheap ali watches (like militado or tandorio) have a AR coated sapphire crystal, with a NH35 or VH31 movement for not that much more than just the case, so maybe you could figure out a way to use those cases/parts? You don't really get the number of options you do with just buying cases, but if one of the ready made watches case matches what you want you could use it. Or if possible you could buy a separate AR coated sapphire and replace it in the case
