In the center you should build an old town with tourist attractions and european style buildings, you could even make it a pedestrian areea and use like cobblestone paths and trams. Also, around the cities edges you could slowly make less and less dense suburban zone with more rural roads, more space betwen houses the further away they are from the city proper and maybe a couple of zoned farms ploted in so I doesn’t feel like the city comes to an abrupt end.

Instead of building a fake old town, repurpose the original town now that it's served its purpose. Change its style to old European and make it high density, low traffic (no heavy traffic allowed).

That trade center building would fit far better in the IT cluster than where it is now. It's massively tall, modern, and provides a buff to the commercial in the area - which is currently being overridden by the larger-radius effect from the Stock Exchange.

With highway on/off ramps, it helps traffic flow if you place an off- ramp before an on-ramp.

After all these years, this is the first channel I actually look forward to the next video to see the progress of things.

Are you doing to build a production districts someday (Trees, crops and fish are actually pretty green and also renewable resources, so I believe that they can fit here)?

so excited to see this series back! love the new addition to the city, though personally i feel like those keys lent themselves perfectly to having the highway go underground, seems like a lot of wasted space not to mention the noise in a residential area

You know what this city really needs? A military! There's lots of really cool aircraft mods so an airforce can keep surve- I mean patrol the skies for any potential airborne threats, a navy for protecting this great city and showcasing an amazing battleship museum ship and obviously nothing else, humvee replacer mods for those clearly un-needed disaster response vehicles, and even a mod for using tanks as police cars for riot cont- I mean urban paci- urm, that is crime fighting! Yes, all those vital crime fighting operations! This city will be the safest city in the world! Because obviously it couldn't possibly be anything else at all, naturally! =^x^=

Be careful with the amount of trees you place, i know they look great but they are probably the most laggy item in the game, try spacing them out more instead of making super dense forests

The new hill with the highway across it, the on and off ramp are WAAAAY too close to each other. And i don't like the look of this so much to be honest but hey, can't please everyone i guess.

So you said you were going to rebuild the entrance to the new beach area from last week, and then just forgot? You have all of this highway infrastructure heading through the area, but all of your entrances and exits are focused towards the new IT Cluster area. Traffic going to the beach area from last week have to travel long distances over local roads to even get to the district. Perhaps rethink your highway entrances and exits to include something for the beach area.

The silicon hills are found on either side of silicon valley

5:20 Ehhh. You spend that much time on the lower terrace only to cover it in concrete (roads). Tunnel the highway IMO.
