It’s crazy seeing them go from a small starter channel, to now almost 800K. The most I admire is how their personalities nor egos have changed. Hope they continue to be this way, it adds a lot of value to the channel and brand

really cool and original build but cant help think that it looks a bit janky, it would look ten times better if you got some proffesional body work help to help with the fitment on the hood and rear bumper fender.

@@gbpg2016 The vehicle was basic. The body kit is what makes it stand out. The much wider fenders changes the look completely. You could also call a cup car "a car with an ugly body kit". I just think you want to spread hate.

It's definitely a bit janky looking. The lack of proper aero is definitely hurting it along with the poor fitment, but starting off with a mediocre quality kit AND people who have never done bodywork before didn't help. I don't hate it, but the compromises show and it looks like a knockoff GTE car since that's fundamentally what it is. No side exit exhaust and wrap before fitment... also questionable. As difficult as it is, lacking the side exit will just leave ugly holes both on the sides and on the rear for the exhaust. Spacers for wheels... yeah, I get it's already paid for, but going aggressively widebody and then just slapping stock size wheels with spacers on a """race""" car is also goofy. But I hate spacers personally, so I can accept I'm biased. I get jumping into a project head first since that's sometimes just what you need to do, but it seems like there was zero prior knowledge of bodywork going into it. I found myself wondering how they didn't know of things I already knew just from casually watching other people work on cars since I don't do bodywork myself. I don't think jumping in the deep end with an expensive, virtually never used body kit on an expensive car is the best move for your first time lol

Channel definitely has a lot of potential, but lots holding you lads back, also I'm honestly curious why you got the wrap done when you did? It's usually done last and for a reason after body gaps and that are sorted but whatever, also what wheels and tyres are you going to run, that silver aint doing it, black would suit the gt3 style and is always a safe choice but a low-key gold or bronze wheels compliment racing green very nicely. Would also be great to see it on track at some point as well as some performance mods, some good tyres and properly tuned suspension would go a long way, but keep up the good work, car's far from finished right now

First thing I thought was, “Should’ve gone with black wheels”. But gold or bronze wheels would look great! And with that aggressive of a body kit, a real nice wing would complement it perfectly! Maybe even a slighty-aggressive to aggressive duckbill.

Im a very much trust the process type of person and I can’t help but agree. So many points where panels meet are way off. If they were to take everything off and re align it then it wouldn’t bother me so much but from the way they are talking it seems like they are happy with how it fits.

100%!!! There is no way they looked into them because a lot of expose videos were done a while ago with a really good one by Upper Echelon being done over 2 weeks ago. I would give them a little leeway since who would assume that a mental health company could be SO bad. However, that's a due diligence thing you should do when being so large that you take sponsorships.

Looks good, but it would really cool if you added different wheels and a large Porshe 992 GT3 style wing to the back. You should also wrap with part of the tail light that is black in the body color wrap. It would also look nice if you found the original race car wheels for that car and used them.

Seeing that quarter panel cut makes me wonder how many widebody cars have rusted wheel arches 5 months after the widebody install. You wouldn't even know unless you took the panel off or looked under with a flashlight.

It was not even needed to cut it 😅 should have just left it. Some racing car classes dont allow to cut out the og fenders so it would have been more race to just leave it the damn alone. But oh well it's just a aston.

Nice to see you go from Changing the intake of golf to building a super car

use aluminum tubing with heim joints to build even stronger splitter supports then if you want more use steel cable with crimp fittings to prevent downward movement of splitter.

I saw somewhere, on a tuned car (i think it was a Nissan SX series, somewhere a 200 or a 180sx), which had this unique style where you use vinly stickers under a wrap, making this sick design for the body. Would be a cook add on for the aston.

GT wing needs to balance out the front splitter for aero stability. exhaust can route to the square inlets in the bumper, or just turn down before the bumper to shoot around it. rest of gps need actually bodyworked if this is going to be displayed anywhere
