It’s never trash, it’s recyclable materials. I love this kind of materials and model making.

I think my favorite part was the chair. Once the primer went on the key caps were just transformed. Carving panel lines into the paint is inspired. Im going to have to steal that.

Fantastic. I'm a little torn about the movement towards using 3d printed parts in scratch building. I think it creates more ultimate waste when the point I feel is to be reusing waste. I see this trend more and more in the scratch building community. In some ways I'll agree it can add to better continuity within the works but on the other hand it's not found materials. It's just my issue, you of course are free to do as you please. This is a beautiful build. Good work!

Hey dude next time for you to have better working time and better sculpting time you can mix some epoxi( as you in Brasil I would suggest polyepoxi) mixed with some plastiline, you will have btter plasticity and better working time with the material. this video is incredible!

@@CutTransformGlue it works great, just make sure to use the same amount of each part, I find that polyepoxy works better than durepoxi, because of the consistence its not as sticky as durepoxi, but you should be fine using any mix of epoxy putty with plastiline.

this is cool but id really love to see you tackle a build without using acrylic pieces and NO 3d printer stuff. lets see what you can build without that stuff. not everyone owns a 3d printer. i like watching your youtube for inspiration of my own builds. how about lowering your standards and accepting the challenge?

  • @concept226

But he does have a 3d printer, so it makes sense from him to use one. You can also buy mini 3d printers for very cheap these days, so it not an exotic/expensive piece of kit like it used to be. I think that he has found a good workflow that works for him, but if you don't want to use a 3d printer, then just take the time to build up a large collection of greeblee's, then you will have something for any occasion. Also a lot of the precision parts he builds with a 3d printer could be achieve with wood work or by using an epoxy putty moulded to shape.

Oh buddy, been challenging myself for more than 10 years now, most of that time even without a proper power drill. My goal these days is just to build and express cool ideas, and 3d modelling/printing is not easy or a shortcut as it comes with is own set of knowledge and "challenges". A tool is just a tool.
