This is amazing. I built my own mini bike out of spare metal I had and stuff I bought off Amazon and a predator 212cc motor. I have no idea what im doing and it looks like poo but it runs and I had a blast building it. I get soooooo much hate on it tho, so many people pointing out the many obvious flaws its kind of annoying. I know it sucks. Its my first time.

Dude! That's pretty sweet! I'm sure that with some more work y'all could have figured out the electrics from that mower, too. But, the gas version looks to have done pretty well at least for something light and inexpensive. Sad about the lumber prices, though. I'm working on remodeling (more like rebuilding) the inside of my condo from the people who trashed it before I bought it and my previous budget got absolutely wrecked! Right now I'm at a total stand-still on that. Well, to parody Mary Poppins, "Let's go build a bike!"

I go to home depot here in Canada about 4 or more times a day! I've never thought of trying to build a bike!! That's awesome guys! Keep up the good work!!!!

the exhaust is working just as it should, but is entirely too loud lol

3/4” or 1” Rigid Electrical conduit my dude. You can either bend and thread it by hand or Mech/hydraulic bender, the couplings will keep your pieces together (Tubular frame structure). Being an electrician, this comes to mind. Pretty cool though Sean 🤘🏻

True story: about six years ago I bought a fox body mustang. Found a toddlers t shirt in the trunk that said “l8r g8r” and had a picture of an alligator on it. I closed it in the hatch and had it hanging down where the license plate went. Drove that car for a week like that. 🤣🤣🤣

It's really quite simple. All of this was done illegally. You're allowed to have whatever silly motorized contraptions you want, you just can't drive them on the road. As long as you're just driving around your neighborhood and not trying to actually commute from point a to point b, or driving it in the city, you'll likely get away with driving these kinds of things briefly on the road because most people aren't going to snitch on you.

@@mchagnon7 Same situation in most of Australia, and most cops won't care. Especially when it's something like this. You'll get pulled up, but unless they're an a**hole (rare though), or in a really bad mood. They'll just be curious.

@@BikesandBeards Those $ prices are a lot higher than the equivalent European prices. I would pay £16 for a 3/4 inch sheet of plywood in the UK. In the Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain and so on you do have equivalent stores, I have worked around Europe and bought stuff from that sort of store to make microwave radio test equipment

I just want to say ty im 30 now buying my first bike. I have dyslexia and have decided upon a scooter to learn on and work my way up. Thank you for all the videos the time and the help your channel made me finally pull the trigger on riding. I hope you see this caleb and sean cause i doubt im the only one youve inspired to get on a bike. If one day i can afford more than a 600.00 scooter i would love to purchase it from you guys. Welp fingers crossed on that one my son has a beyond rare genetic condition.

I'd love to take this thing out to Evansville or Sleepy Hollow for a track day, just to see of it could climb the stadium jump.

That's so funny! There's an article about a guy who was stranded in the desert when his old Citroen 2cv broke down. He dismantled the car and actually re assembled it with two wheels using party of the chassis. He rode out on a bike he built in the desert! This build and the engine hoist build (my favourite) rebind me of that

I'm still undecided about the handlebars ...ah H a threaded copper and buff out the fittings or more better yet copper tubing and sweat the fittings together using Silver solder and it doesn't really cost that much extra and when you use the proper flux silver solder is the easiest to bond copper together with and get really nice-looking joints and you buy your copper tubing in outside diameters I'm not sure if they have 7/8 but I know they have 1 inch outside diameter copper pipe tubing

interesting choices, plywood has it's advantages but tubular metal is old school for motorcycles and Home Depot is likely to have some -perhaps 2" ridged conduit for heavy weight, or if you get out your engineering calculators maybe some thickness of EMT, just totally WAG 'ing out here (wild a$$ Guess),,, looks like you had fun.
