I Built A LEGO® PC And Play Video Games On It!

Ойын-сауық

I Built A LEGO® PC And Play Video Games On It! This PC is portable and built entirely out of LEGO® pieces. It includes a joystick, game buttons, and even a mouse and screen! And the best part is, you can actually play games on it! You'll love to watch this LEGO® PC come together, and it will get you thinking about all the games you'd like to play on it! I hope you enjoy this LEGO® PC build and watching me play games on it.

This was a great video, I was extremely sceptical when in the beginning I saw the white lego screen, and then later a perfectly functional screen, but you explained why you did that pretty well and in reality you really did have a functional screen so, color me impressed, this is really cool

    That’s amazing! I love the idea of the mouse, and remembered trying to make one for my Switch! (When I used to play fortnite, but couldn’t afford a PC, I used Lego to turn my joycon to a mouse). You could use strings on a sideways pulley to pull the things underneath the mouse, and then an inverse gear rack to have it line up with the sensor at the bottom and the mouse. I also remember trying to make a gaming console out of LEGO, and had a physical cartridge system working! I had to break the build after 😅. Nice job on the sponsor too! I think that’s your first…? You don't NEED sine and cos. The angle of the joystick can just be scaled linearly to x and y velocity values, and for the bouncing target you just need to set x and y velocity values and reverse the appropriate one when it reaches an edge. Not hard to do with trig if you already know trig of course, but for a video meant for younger audiences you'd probably get more mileage explaining the easy way.

  • @BrickMachines1

    @BrickMachines1

    I do appreciate your insight, but Sine and Cosine make this kind of application very easy. I am not targeting a younger audience, though if they happen to watch the videos then that is great too.

    My man really made a pc the smartest move in my opinion is using the magnet as a mouse sensor sadly it didn't work due to the small magnetic field if I were him I would've made an electronic magnet with electric power or just used the same sensors form the joystick they can fit if the outer layer is biger with the magnetic field connected to it , still it was really smart it shows how you can cross the limits of everything cuz limits are just something that humans made to Identify The mid way point or the thing that u are trying to achieve this man right really went all way for it

    In the last game you should make the smaller the circle the slower it moves so you have a reason to make the circle bigger.
