true even more ironic is that in case of AiO´s probably 90% of companies don´t even produce it themslelves due to the pump patent. So mostly it´s the some design/AiO with different fans and radiator.

I bought an offbrand PSU once, it literally blew up in my pc a month after purchase. I have not since, nor will i ever again cheap out on a power supply.

I've used a few Red Dragon products in the past and honestly have always been pleasantly surprised. No they aren't going to be on par or beat high end brands, but for the price it's usually a safe purchase. I even had a good experience with their customer service. Bought a keyboard with hot swap PCB and came with blue clicky switches. I didn't like them and reached out to Red Dragon to see if they would be willing to send me some brown switches to install. I only asked bc they included a 3 pack of alternative switches with the keyboard. Red Dragon said they don't stock sets of switches, but instead sent me an entire new keyboard with Brown switches for free...and said I could keep the one I purchased. The interesting thing was that they didn't ask me to do the typical (China junk ripoff company) thing, where they tell you to give the product a 5⭐ review due to the free product. So Red Dragon is typically worth taking a chance on, at least for peripherals....I don't know how much I'd trust the longevity of an AIO but who knows

I just became a Redragon user too. Got an mmo 12 button mouse, a keyboard with 6 macro keys, and a headset all from them, and they are preeeeetty well made. Like you said, not the HIGHEST quality, but for the price, you could do faaar worse. Definitely worth trying.

Been using a gaming mouse and keyboard for 4 years now, still running good, I bought a razer deathadder v2 wireless mouse two years ago and its stop sometimes now
that radiator has straighter fins than all the corsair aios ive ever had hahahahah
the rough motion of the RGB may not be the fault of the fans nor the extensions, as they may be the fault of the RGB controller.
I like it, Kyle. Sending all the positive vibes from Minnesota!
Glad to see the channel back, was looking so long and couldn’t find it. Helped me build my first pc 🙌. Hope it continues and and we see the journey continue 🔥
good to see you back! that radiator implode after a year of that case 4:50
Would be nice to do a longevity test on this build, leave it running 24/7 and ramp it occasionally to simulate actual usage (not just a torture test) and see how the fans, pump, psu, drive hold up over time.
Still THE most (the MOST? :p) entertaining of the A-list tech wizards (wand not included). Nice work, Kyle. Keep after it, my dude.
You should do a follow up video of you trying to RMA each component.
i actually forgot that i hadn't seen one of your videos in a while so i did a manual search and have had to do that since because youtube didn't show your videos in the home page even though im subscribed. but today it did. i don't know which one's weirder lol.
Most of my desktop peripherals I built in 2020 are from Tecware, their quality is quite good IMHO. Tecware Forge M for my case Tecware Orbis F1 & F3 for my fan kit Tecware Orbis LED strip Highly recommended if you can get. PS: I did not get a notification from your previous video, going to watch it now.
Nice build Kyle!
I had several customers literally freak over those IDcool Unifans, only because for a time the Lian li ones were never in stock. They do the job, look good and perform as good as anything else. I prefer the Light wings or Swafans for that type of price, I can only hope Be quiet! decideds to do some magnetic connectors or Lian li style clipping. Great video Kyle!
I have to admit bro, even most of it are from brands that are unheard of, that rig is a beauty! Who knew you could get all that "premium" rgb goodness without spending a ton of money and even had an anime waifu!!! Great video bro keep it up!
Luv this build
Fire content, great job for not falling off after all this time😂😂😂😂
This should be a short series. Like "Is it worth it ?" Where you compare different obvious clones and their performance. I'd love to see this kind of testing of products so people can build PCs while saving money 😊
I haven’t had a bitwit video pop up in fyp for AWHILE until today
I love this build, it'd be great if you could stress test this pc for quality, these parts could become a go-to for budget builders.
Redragon is not a off brand name they’ve been around for a while and are pretty trustable. My 850 WATT PSU is from there and I have no complaints. It’s so underrated and cheap once you compare it to Corsair etc. beautiful brand man
nice build. Amazing looking case for the money
How many of the well known brands have been selling crap over the years or screwing over customers on RMA's and warranty's, i'd be more than happy to try any of these "knock-off's".
I love the constant roasting of the PSU 😂😂😂😂
you gotta upload more often man!
Klevv collabed with LoL Pro Faker back around 2015 with a ddr3 kit. That kit was my best ddr3 set of RAM.
great vid as always ❤
Great video lol knock off brands for the cosmetic win 😂
Ventroo’s PSU’s are actually getting good grades on the tier list, too.
I haven't seen your vids in a while and I must say I enjoyed this video more than before. Mainly because your character isn't too over the top.
I recently used the Icoler fans (V1) for a build I will be attempting to sell soon. They were nice to work with, and I'll be using them in my next build, for sure. As for the AIO, I went with a Thermalright 360mm AIO, which was cheaper than the Red Dragon one. If you haven't looked into Thermalright yet, definitely do so.
@ThePhoenix198
9 күн бұрын
Must admit that so far, I have avoided Thermalright products; the name sounds too much like a knock-off of 'Thermaltake'. But then I suppose that there are a finite number of company names beginning with 'Thermal'. If this video is the precursor of a series, then I'd second the request for you to investigate Thermalright products.
I recently build my daughter a pc and bought a 50 dollar case, DIYPC Q3. She loves it
Ive literally just upgraded and rebuilt my pc and used the interstellar fans. Really pleased with them. The look great. I also have a 2tb nvme from fanxiang which has been going strong for just over a year now so all good. My previous build also had klev crass ddr4 memory and that was great too
Redragon is a great brand. I use their horus keyboard. I love it. The hot swappable cherry switches sound great, there is sound dampening foam and a fully brushed metal body. It's low cost but really high quality.
Used a gamemax 1250w 80+ platinums PSU with my old 4070 aero with absolutely no issues and makes no noise at all. Was pleasantly surprised
nice video/build... what was the total coast?
South african here 🇿🇦. These brands may not be common in North America but here in Africa and parts of Asia these brands are very common
Kyle always bringing the heat
What if you could have found a knock of CPU? That would have been EPIC!
The cooler unit escaped the Shawshank. Hahahahahaha.
Looks really nice.
Jungle Leopards are great not gonna lie. I love using their block fans.
Kyle, please let Lyle out of the basement, it has been over a month.
I just built my very first gaming PC using some of these same components in the same case! ❤🙂🖥️
Your IED has been activated. LMAO
you always make my day better!
Wooohoooo... a new Bitwit video, I hope everyone is doing well.
Hi Kyle, everything good? Im from Brazil and i work as a PC Technician... Gamemax is very popular around here... They make reliable PSUs and great Cases too... Around here they have AIOs and Air Coolers as well... Its a great option for a budget build because the products are far far from bad...
finally some good content
I'd be kind of interested to see what the thermals would have been like if you kept the rear fan and included AIO fans and just used two 3 packs of fans for the side and bottom intake. Also, if you did get rid of the rear fan and original AIO fans, how did you populate all ten fan slots with only three 3 packs of fans?
Good news, wasn't subscribed and the algorithm recommended the video. (am subscribed now 😅)
So I've been living in asia for few years now and I could swear that I see FANXIANG everytime I look for an ssd. So I bought a 1TB gen3 unit and its working just fine for more than a year now
this is a good idea for a vid
He didn´t pull the trigger off that PSU... He pulled the safety pin off of that electric grenade.
could you do a side by side comparison with the o11 mini?
I hate you Kyle...now I want that motherboard despite already having a decent B650 board lol. It's one of the best looking white/silver boards I've seen.
If this is the content I get from less Bitwit output... I'm okay with it. Shine on you crazy diamond!
Yeah but will red dragon AIO last long? Even if you got a bad one from quality control lol
The true test is whether this hardware still holds up in 6 months to a year's time. My guess is that the fans will wear out more quickly, the PSU may or may not combust, and the SSD will meet its demise sooner than expected.
8:31 I have this brand of PSU in my current PC. No problems yet (Knocks on wood)
*Great build!*
I'm working so haven't got time to got through all of the comments but I bought a Fanxiang SSD 3.5" 500GB to rebuild a desktop without wiping the Samsung drive that was my boot drive. It showed up as £36 on Amazon Uk but then I signed in and got it for £27. I've been using it for around a month on a dual boot setup and it's been fantastic so far

By the way, I'm not too picky. This is a machine that i built in 2009 and is a workhorse with a lot of drives and 32GB RAM but is still running a Phenom 1090T which keeps my feet warm 😄
That specific Gamemax unit has been independently reviewed by a brazilian review company called Teclab, they're the most reputable PSU reviewer in the company, and the units tested seemed to pass with flying colors all sorts of tests
I've had those fans saved on my Amazon account for several months now, but couldn’t bring myself to pull the trigger on them yet. I worried about them being too loud under load since they’re cheap knock offs. Maybe I'll give them a try. Icoler also makes a 30mm thick fan with the same Uni Fan look. I’d be interested in the performance of those fans as well!
Can some one add up how much the build was
Klevv is a brand by Essencore, which is itself part of the SK group. Ergo, it's basically a sister company to SK Hynix, which is why it uses Hynix nand.
I have the gamemax 850w. 3 years going strong!! 😊

Hilarious and informative. ❤
A Rtx 4070 Ti Super in Singapore is really expensive it goes sometimes around 2000 SGD/1480 USD but for now it stabilized to 1300-1700 SGD
Have a good one
Great video
Off brand doesn't always mean crap (Sometimes it does). I bought a $10 pair of Power King headphones WAAAAY back in 1991, and they are still going strong over 30 years later, unlike the company that made them. I bought newer name brand ones, but the sound just wasn't what I was wanting.
I was going to go with Lian-Li fans but I just don't see it reasonable anymore, thank you, and thank Lyle for the work y'all do
man i just wish there was a proper USA based gpu manufacturer that would do more anime style designs so the tariffs wouldn't affect us here.
this doesn't fill me with confidence i have that PSU ahah
So CPU and Motherboard has no knockoff options?
If you ever do a giveaway for this pc can you let us know … I love how it came out and need an upgrade !
"and why did she run her clothes in the dryer so long ?" lol
Please build another "knock-off" build using tecware case, AIO, fans, light strips, keyboard, mouse, headset and monitor ^_^
Knock-off pc parts brands are savior for me, i got like 8 Lian Li like fans for 40 euros no joke with same features, maybe the performance might not be the same but i mean, more rgb more fps and my cooling is exotic anyways
Should have used a knock off CPU from Intel that requires a third party bracket to cool it properly.
The real question is...how long does all the off brand products last? Update us in the next couple months
There's some decent "budget" or knockout brands out there. Especially when it comes to cases/fans etc.
Klevv actually makes a good product
this video shows how much we getting ripped off by the so called top brands
I miss Lyle. Dude, it's pronounced "strimer" like "glimer", not "streemer". Yes, I did ask them.
Lyle might as well have built this, given how many straight-outta-China parts went into this build.
Hmmm. Might consider this build
Pretty certain their PSUs are Tier F. Here for the Fishtank.
I wish I had a friend like Kyle. I waste so much money buying paste doing trial and error on what performs well or sounds silent.....
I’ve been flipping PCs for over 5 years and pretty much every single build I’ve done had “knockoff” parts in it! Very often they are produced in the same factory as much more premium brands and you get pretty much the same product. Knowing what to buy and what to avoid is not as trivial though!
@drewnewby
16 күн бұрын
They very often are not produced in the same factory as actual quality brands, just in the same factories as brands trying to appear premium. It takes a lot longer to know the difference than 5 years even if you're in the industry, and probably longer if you're just a flipper. I feel sorry for your victims.
