I hate playing on rust because of toxic players and cheaters, but your kindness makes me want to pick it up again, thanx for that mate. The world is filled with mad people and I understand why those who cheat do it. At the same time, I'm a man struggling through life and my only escape is the digital world, apparently that world has more haters, abusers, and cheaters than real life. It is just sad honestly. Thank you again for showing kindness. I now have a little more hope in the world.

Just work on getting boxes and loot for your lifestyle in real life and it will last, digital achievements aren't worth anything in the real world. You'll feel way less stressed having the tools and systems for a comfortable lifestyle. :p

I know exactly what you mean. I hate griefers. Not because they'd get what they want out of me; they never ruin my day, make me "cry" or make me lose sleep, but because they genuinely take away what I look for in games.. That's exactly the escapism you mention. As soon as some multiplayer competitiveness gets into the territory of it becoming an aggressive shouty insultfest or someone's legit just being a d*ckhead, I don't consider that enjoyable and it's a shame so many people seem to ... live for that? The constant drama and hostility? I just don't get that. I have enough anxiety/social anxiety in the real world alone, I don't need to seek fights online. I wonder how much more amazing online games would be if as many people was trying to have fun with other people, as many are trying to "have fun" with the expense of other people. We'll never know. (For example, the most amazing multiplayer experience in GTA Online I've had was when our crew and another crew set up a "friendly" tournament where we competed in all sorts of modes, including PvP combat. Everyone was mature, no one started acting like a child and throwing tantrums and it was genuinely ton of fun. But try to do any of that with the random people online? Hah you'll be in some sort of a kindergarten p!ss!ng contest in no time.) If anyone who likes the toxic type of todays online games, could you try to explain what the fun in it is and why do you seek it out, as I genuinely don't have it in me to realize what else is it about than just trying to put others down like some sort of a digital mini-narcissist? (Don't get me wrong though, I get BANTER and don't chalk that up as toxicity.)

At around 22 minutes in you tell the newbie to not loot when there is combat. At 23 you loot and ignore the combat that results in your teammates death :D

Jordan smith 👏 You've accomplished thriving hotels, car dealerships and even a huge lift to help fellow rust players traverse the formidably step landscape. But one things the same every single time you're on one of your endeavors. You help out the vulnerable rust newbies.. nurturing them, building their skill level and subsequently their confidence to play the game solo competently. This brings me to my next point/request.. A video similar to your 'build a hotel' type videos. But you call the building somthing like.. 'rust university' or 'school of rust' gathering up as many new to rust players as you can from the beach. Taking them on school outings learning the vitals, techniques and skills to play the game efficiently. Charging them nothing! With an end goal of owning the server by the end of the wipe. An efficient, productive but most of all a fully competent newbie clan.

I was totally invested in Mocko and Smith.. The ending was excellent! Solo for the win and good times all around.. Blizz def a beast, and even with a bad wrist, you rocked JR!

I've never played Rust but the game fascinates me. Watching this type of video makes me dream that one day I might buy it. Complete strangers just having fun and chilling... there may be hope yet for Rust. There are PVE servers. Player and building DMG is off, but you still have NPCs to learn aiming. Some servers also have different kind of bots like snipers and melee. Every PVE server also comes with Raid Bases. These are bases that spawn random ( or can be bought in a menu ) for you to raid. It's a good way to learn about the game. There are also semi PVP servers. Which means that PVP is only allowed at big monuments or they have a special PVP zone. I always enjoyed playing on those. Another type of semi PVP servers is what I call "Purge"-Servers. This means no PVP during the week, full PVP at weekend or there are timeframes when PVP is active or not.

Maybe next wipe you could run a courtesy bus for people looking to spin the fortune wheel at outpost or bandit. You could rant at them the whole journey too to keep it in cannon

if you put shelfs out side the door in the back of the boat you can put shootgun traps on it to defend your base.

Its people like Jordan that keep my dream alive, of one day playing rust. Maybe I would be lucky enough to meet someone who is both good at the game and good at being a friendly human being 😂

Awesome videos man, would absolutely love to be a solo that runs into you. You should try a “Heli Refuel Station”. A heightened base, with vending machines that have low grade, maybe other vending machines for additional desirable items. Could always make it more interesting by incorporating the bottom of the refuel station as a car dealership, and a gas station for cars as well. Could even build by a road that runs next to the water and include a boat dock/dealership. Depending on the amount of assistance, could even have this all wrapped on the outside of a hotel as well.. the ideas are endless.
