Expanding our Mesa Industry by adding this New Glass Factory, but I am not 100% Happy with the Big Window. Suggestions? Also do remember to Like and Subscribe as it helps me out a lot.

Absolutely love your build style! One suggestion, after seeing the girder frame you put over the cobblestone generators, I thought it might look cool to do something similar but with a canopy style roof supported by the girders to keep rain off the machines and give the workers some shade. something like a pavilion in a park, but more industrial, if that makes sense.

I love this Idea. I think in the next episode I should add the Roofing and then I can just add the third cobble gen at a later stage, when and if I need it. I appreciate this suggestion!

You always deliver!.A suggestion for the glass front - use a darker tinted glass and use nixie tubes to spell out the name of the factory, ie. Glass Works 25.

love the builds! What about making a side track for Pugsley at the mesa that way it doesn't block the main line traffic and villager houses.

Hey Lifechanging, Yeah poor Pugsley has been neglected for way to long. Think he needs a proper Upgrade and a NEW Station just for him. Might be something to look into for a future episode. I appreciate the suggestion.

Nice video, mayby try some patern with white glass and grey glass. Also, I can't wait for the terraforming episode. It will make it all blend together nicely

Hey Crunchy! I recieved so many neat ideas. So will be testing a bunch in Creative and then bringing them into the game. Also think the Terraforming Episode should rather be a Stream? That way its more interactive. I appreciate the comment!

Praj! Always fun seeing a comment from you. I have been thinking about a Central storage, and to be honest. The Idea of Building a storage room scares me, as its the one thing I struggle to do. Might however need to face that fear! I appreciate the comment and the suggestion.

Nice builds! One tips tho, to do powering of crushingwheels easier, just put a vertical gearbox right under it, it will take power from the belt to the wheel, it spins the right direction every time!

Hey Trygviz, Thank you so much for the comment and suggestion. This whole contraption I chose to power from the top because I thought it compliments the build a bit better, but I did use a gearbox at the bottom still to power the belt. Will remember this tip for future Crushing wheel builds. I appreciate the suggestion so much!

Hey Hjm1001, A brick farm would work in the Area with all that clay, but I already built one in the starter base area. I however have something cool planned, but need to do a "Preparation" episode before we got to that. So hope its worth the wait. HEHE I appreciate your comment and suggestions. Hey deosil, this is a brilliant idea and to funnel the clay off to the sode to avoid wastage and destructrion to the mesa is amazing. I think you could do with a dye farm which funnels off to the glass and possibly a terracota factory. That way your able to dye both to make different colours. Also with the clay balls you should seperate some to make a brick factory that way all the buildings would be linked together in someway. I imagine youll come up with some brilliant transportation to do this. Any exvellent build my friend. Alwaus look forward to ypur video :)

Vini! How are you doing man! I think my favorite part about this build is the Claypit. Looks better than just having a Storage Vault standing around. I am glad you liked the build and as always, I appreciate you being here!

Nice work on the factory. If you ever become concerned with space or materials, you can draw material off a belt from a chute placed under the belt. You don't need to put it past the belt with a stopper.

Another great video!! I really like the way that you built the factory, My favorite part would probably have to be the Clay Pit 😃As for the window, I really enjoy the idea but the execution leaves something to be desired(practically what you said,😂) One suggestion I have is to use less colors for the window, maybe like a blue-green gradient/ any color gradient would look nice. The other thing I thought was to have, for example, a blue window with a design/ maybe a big letter like a capital D for Deosil or a giant G for Glass since it's a glass factory. Keep up the amazing work, and I cant wait to see would you think of next. Your pal, Logan ❤❤😀😀

Hey Logan, Yeah so the Glass window still bother me... and its been a few days. I love your suggestion and I am going to test build a few in Creative and see where it goes. I like the Idea of putting in a D/G in the build and that could look pretty neat. I do not know why, but the entire factory took hours to build, but yet I also love the 5min Clay pit the most! 🤣😂 I appreciate the suggestions!

here's a idea for your glass factory maybe try your minecraft skins face or a symbol of some kind .

I know you like using leaf blocks, but I still think that area has too much... Also, I had another idea that I don't think I have ever seen anyone do or know if it is even possible, but... Could you make a construction train? Could you make a train car that carries all the building materials you would need for your builds, with a Schematic Cannon and Schematic Table on the train car to build with. Then when you want to build something you can setup a temporary train station at the build site and take the construction train to that station. After you are done building you can send the train back to a train depot where it will automatically get reloaded on all the building materials so it is ready the next time you need it. That way you never have to setup a cannon, setup chests or barrels, then have to place all the building materials into those chests/barrels, and then place in the blueprint. You could just place the blue print into the cannon, hit go and have it fire blocks right off the train car onto the building you are working on. If that is possible, that would be really awesome. It could even help when you want to build train tracks to new locations because you could place blue prints for the track blocks, junctions, and even train bridges ahead of the train with signals and everything. You should also expand your train network and go with a double track to handle more train traffic. 😅 Also also, I go by SovereignVis or just Vis most of the time, but KZread fucks up the names and puts them in the wrong order. 😒

Hey Vis! So I am busy reworking the Trees in the Area, I want to get a few designed then I am going to start replacing them. SO in the end the leaves will be a lot less, and more suitable Trees will fill the area, till then it will have to slowly change. I again however appreciate your feedback. Construction Train... I love the idea and its something I have to play with. I do however think you will have to disassemble the train before you use the schematic cannon, but that's really not to much of a hassle. I will however experiment with it a bit more in Creative. Really cool idea! Names... I am so sorry... I wanted to just say Vis, but thought it better to use your full name, and now you telling me YT Messed it up as well... Well you are introduced now in the Videos, so from here on forward I will just say Vis. Fun Fact: Vis in my native tongue means Fish. We call my brother Vis. XD

​@@Deosil25 Yeah, a Construction Train would be awesome, and building a train depot to automatically resupply it after you finish a build, would be just another cool thing to add to your main base. I have kind of done the same thing in Factorio many times, but you can't build with a cannon in that game. I just set up a train that has all the building supplies. I think someone told me there is a Robo-port Train Wagon mod, but never used any mods in Factorio before. 🤔 And yeah, I know, people have told me that about my name, but I was actually named after a 9mm pistol, not a fish. 😅

Hey SirGreen! I am glad you like the factory. Its really another fun build in the area and I am excited to see the area get filled with builds. Not sure when I will use all that glass thou, but sure I can make a plan! Shaders - So you will need the Oculus Mod to make shaders work as far as I know. So try that, if that does not work just reach out on the Discord and we see if we can sort this problem.
