Hi everyone!
I think it's time to make a new combat robot, don't you think? Using two legs form the Drone Dog project, I built a new combat robot from scratch!

COMBAT BOT!!! YUSSSS... Oh and: Most resins do not cure faster, they will just cure HARDER and less flexible, maybe even brittle when you add more hardener. The most common example of more=faster is polyesther bondo for cars.

25:30 If you want some great references for laser cannons, check out the spaceship Laser weapons from Starfield. Their laser weapon designs are very good, a nice variety of designs that all feel quite realistic, similar to what you've made here.

The tip about cutting the styrene bigger then trimming to size and sanding is both exceptionally smart and exceptionally satisfying to watch! Love seeing you tackle a quick project in the name of fun, always makes for great viewing :)

I love your builds so much! In my head I would have the feet you have on the robots a bit more chunky or with like toe digits or tread. Your robot looks so beefy and scary but like it’s wearing ballet shoes lol. Amazing though 👍🏻👍🏻 I love your imagination. 💙

That looks GREAT!!!! Taking the time to make molds and such avenues to reproduce parts pays off. You are honing the skills of seeing the potential of parts from everyday use as well. I'm proud of you brother.

That's a very interesting idea. I would love to see you make and sell some customizable kits. Letting the user select legs, body, weapons, etc. from various options so that they can build their very own custom combat robot(s). Of course to do something like that you'd have to come up with a standardized connection system so that all the differnet parts could be interchangeable. Once you've done that though, I am sure that the orders will fly in. Thanks for sharing your wonderful creations, enjoying the build so far, good luck and keep on keeping on!

Looking awesome as usual, great greeblie and parts selection and matching - this looks like a machine with terrifying firepower. Now I don't want to throw you into a nightmare of electronics, but I can imagine power indicator lights on the battery pack... a challenge for you.

Love your videos. Finally got my craft area cleaned up, and now I've got to build out the storage and shelving required to hold all the tools and things needed to make my own things. The noise of the 3d printer in the background is soothing... whirr whirr weeeeeeee whirr... haha awesome!

Wow... so cool to see, really missed seeing you crank out a kickass design like this. Love the kit you're making and really appreciate the journey you're taking us on with it but this was a nice break from all the technical problem solving of it. Nice to see the creative problem solving again. Awesome job as always man... excited for the next vid!

After having watched all of your dog drone videos, I loved seeing you reuse the legs on this build! Perhaps a bunch of robots that have interchangeable aspects such as limbs or weapons would be awesome! You could have a massive "repair bay" with technicians swapping out parts from one mech to another! Oh BTW, the unusual greeblie - is it from a laser toner cartridge by any chance? It would be used to mix up the toner inside to prevent it from clumping together?? 😊

Love to see the creativity you have, keep up the great work! No offense to the kit work, because you're doing great, but your artistry is amazing. 20:26 😂 20:48 no idea why it's asymmetrical - maybe a stirring device, or budget paint roller holder 28:39 I also hate hotglue. Have you seen the trick for hitting plastic with an open flame for a second to make super glue and paint stick? If you have spare of the same bottle, you can try it and see if it allows you to glue, but open flame on thin plastic can be risky.
