Just as a sidebar for the poolhouse: I babysat for a wealthy family who had a large pool house including an office with large glass windows, a spacious home gym, bathroom, shower for after swimming, pool chemicals and a separate room for all the electrical needs of a pool. But generally the purpose of a pool house is to shower and store the cleaning and operational supplies of a pool. :) LOVE the build btw, your videos got me into playing the sims myself. I started watching lilsimsie's videos almost 3 years ago. I cannot stress enough how much Kayla's content has helped me. I started watching her content after my stepdad passed away from covid 19 back at the end of 2021. I literally felt hopeless after this happened. He was a BIG part of my life, and now that he was gone, I didn't know what to do. I found lilsimsie's content locking myself in my room trying to escape from everything happening in my life. Kayla's content always made me smile and feel really happy in such a horrible time. Her and a few other youtubers, kind of saved me in a way. Now me and my grandma watch Kayla's videos ALL THE TIME together! We all love you Kayla, and you deserve every subscriber, every view, and every like you get, because you are AMAZING! And you make OVER 2 MILLION people's lives better. I don't think she'll see this, but either way, I wanted to write this to let people know they're not alone. We love you!

What an amazing exceptional build. I mean, we got four huge houses in one video. That is epic. And honestly, all of these houses are really cool and super interesting. Especially that one brick house. Like honestly, I wanna hear the story about the family that lives in this house. It gives me so much nostalgia for that one area of the 2000s where it was all pink and zebra print. Oh my gosh, what a time. Lol. But now I’m imagining this is some kind of like teen sitcom. Or like the house was bought because the teenage daughter is like a famous popstar. But her father is, this inventor of a bunch of weird things. I don’t know it feels like something that would be on the Disney Channel. Lol. But then all of the other houses are really cool too. Like one is a lot more of like a standard suburban family home. Like they’re rich, but trying to keep it low-key. The one with all the dark wood is a lot more classic old money. With the pool house, they turned into their wine 🍷 room. Honestly, I would love to see a play through making families that live in this neighborhood. Which ones get along, which ones hate each other. This is like a whole soap opera. You could do just in this little cul-de-sac of four houses. I love it.

I've been subscribed since I think 900k. I remember watching the million Simolian mansion video when you hit 1 million subscribers. My interest in playing the sims has always been in phases were I will play for a few months and then stop for like a year and repeat over and over. I haven't really been playing the sims for a while, but I still enjoy watching your videos. I remember seeing you talk about building the community centre and blue suburban for growing together. That was probably a few months before I stopped playing, but I didn't stop watching you. You have always been fun to watch, and you are what has kept me in the loop for what is going on for new packs and limited time stuff. I didn't realize that there was login rewards until I saw you use the money trash can that you got from them. I didnt realize they were limited time until I saw you make a video about your reaction to all of them. (I got the first 5 which I am happy about because I only cared about the day 3 reward.) I love watching your speed builds, and your rags to riches videos. I like listening to you talk podcast style in the speed builds, and watched a lot of them while getting ready for school until I had watched all the ones that had come out in the past year or so within a 2 month period 😅. The rags to riches videos with Stanley Humphrey are interesting because it is very different from how I like to play, and I learn about a bunch of obscure ways of making money in the sims using all the different packs. Like how you can fish up violins and cow plant berries from a pond in oasis springs. And just watching Stanley struggle to get buy selling framed puzzles, or cross stitching, or a variety of other hobbies that were never intended to be a way to get money, but still make a slight profit.

I literally teared up when you hit 2 million live and hearing you talk about starting your channel and seeing how much this community has grown and how wonderful this community is, it just brings so much joy! Also, this is one of my favorite builds you have ever done! I love it so much!

I have a friend whose family has a pool house. Whenever we would hang out, especially as a friend group, that’s where we would hang out. It had a bedroom and bathroom and a big game room. It also had a small kitchen. But it was really cool. Also congrats on 2 million, you deserve every bit and more 🫶🏻

Kayla! In Toronto we have a very specific type of house here I think you’d love to build. They’re “bay and gable” victorians and they dominate the residential neighbourhoods downtown. The ones in little Italy are my favourite, they often have beautiful lush gardens in their tiny front yards.

As someone who is older (46), and still watching Sims builds, I love some of the unedited videos. It makes me feel like the person is being more real, because their ums and uhs are still in there. But, this is not a critique to you or Dan. You are both doing a great job, and I love watching your build videos everyday! I'm not into lives or Twitch, so these speed builds keep me company while I work.

I can't remember exactly how long I've been subscribed to you, but you were definitely in high school, and I was middle school age (but in the UK), and I always felt so comforted by your builds, with all the steamboats, lol. I remember hearing about all your AP classes, and I was in awe (after I learned what they were) of how you managed to do that. I'm not the most consistent subscriber, but I can always trust if I watch your video, I'll enjoy it. Your old building tutorials taught me how to be semi-decent at the building; I need some more, though, lol. But I just wanted to say, after following you around 7 years, that I'm so proud of how far you've come and wanted to thank you for being a great role model for preteen me. 2 million is insane but so deserved for someone who only aims to spread positivity xxx

This video made me so nostalgic! I remember watching every single one of your videos when I was also still a teenager and playing sims. I remember when you graduated High school and all the stories you told about your day to day high school life. It was so nice to have someone my own age talk about all the stuff I also was going through. I remember when you first started college because so did I. I even remember your podcast (I know SHOCKER!) We really have grown up together even tho you dont know it and im all the way across the world from Florida! Now you are married and I am engaged, about to move to the US using the K1 Visa you and Dan used…. Not to be parasocial on main but it sometimes feels like you are a really close friend because life just happened to be very similar for us! Im so grateful to have found your channel all those years ago and to still find new videos every day. It’s great how you have grown. Not just grown up, but grown as a person. How confident you have gotten over the years made me realize how confident I have gotten too. Its good to be reminded of that and what a journey it has been. Coming to your channel feels like coming home, so thank you from the bottom of my heart for everything you do every day, for being such a genuinely good person and making everyone feel welcome all the time. You are amazing! ❤

Hey Simsie! I've been a subscriber since around 10,000. I started watching you when I was 9/10 and now I'm 18. I've quite literally grown up watching you. I remember it all! Susan, coming home and waiting for the simsie video to come out, the face reveal, the start of facecam, all of the major sims updates. All of it. You're someone that's so incredibly nostalgic to me and my friends. I can't believe so much time has passed. Your videos literally were on repeat during quarantine, and really for most of my life (well technically half lol). Anyway, thanks for always being a constant, and I just wanted to let you know you've made my pre-teen/teen/almost adult years amazing!

By far my favorite series was the spin the wheel university lets play. But kudos to you Kayla for making it to 2 million. It is amazing what you have done and what you will do with this channel. I got the romantic graden park (for free!) and I 100% agree with Kayla. As someone who plays on console it's a bit harder to access cheat codes since I don't have the hotkeys but I absolutely love building. The debug plants are extremely pretty and so are the ones in game! It doesn't do too much gameplay wise however the wishing well can be something fun to do in live mode especially if you like torturing your sims.
