Yeah was leaning towards that, plus as theres videos out now could be cut down alot more as not as much will need to be explained! plus i can try up the difficulty a bit see how it goes!

In the beta 400 pops seemed to be the soft cap. After that the jobs became super inefficient. That however was 1.5 years ago. I am excited!

The zoning in this game developed by a single dude is better than the zoning in Cities Skylines 2... Man. I cannot wait for this game.

@@jamesgoines4635 I mean, the manor builder is called castle planner so I assume the dev is adding more upgrades like stone walls and the like further down the line. I think he mentioned it on his twitter at some point aswell

they do have castles, they may not be giant stone castles, but the vaaaast majority of castles were small wooden ones or even just motte and baileys

So basically stronghold on steroids, stronghold with extra steps, whatever, i love these types of games.

Very interesting to see someone developing a highly advanced city, everyone starts their playthroughs from scratch and haven't gotten to this stage yet. Thank you for recording.

That was the best and amazing walkthrough I've watched so far. I cannot believe you did all that without building your Manor till later in the game! Well done mate!

You could also run around in Anno 1800 (Ctrl+Shift+R iirc), looked great! This is a great feature every city builder should have :)

The best I could say about the fields would be split them up into smaller sectioned fields so they would do like 1/4 the field and plant it, which would allow better fallow rotations maybe?Could also buy another ox, I dont know if that'd have 2 on the field then though. Gotta say the early access of this looks amazing but short.

I'm so excited for this game bruh. I've been waiting ever since it first got announced. It looks super fun and I hope there's a multiplayer in the future although nothing has been said but it'd be cool to play it with some friends.

I hope they put castles and fortifications in the future, even simple small castles and walls would do. Sieges would be high stakes in this game.

well ive put 25 hours in the 4 days i've had it haha, been having a good time with it!

Its gonna be interesting to see what they add in future like DLC etc

this game got me researching for battle tactics with outnumbered armies , aka khalid ibn alwaleed, hannibal and etc, damn , im actually doing my homework research for a game.

14:58 wait a second Snap, what do you exactly mean by wasted? Does the game not allow you to keep playing after you failed to defend the village? I am asking because I would try to just power through the loss, after all, all settlements in history must have been raided at least once. Recovering after a destructive raid would feel like a great achievment.

to be fair, i think that they should put if you dont have equipment and you rally your men you go with peeps without equipment and fists, makes no sense spawning them and they all have equipment even if you dont have them Edit: it seems that you get 20 shields in some town upgrade so he didnt show, but still

I've been following it for a while! All i have done for the past 4 days is play it lmao

probably better to have more small fields instead of a few big ones so they dont have to wait for the big one to be plowed.

For sure! I did some more messing around earlier, found best strategy to just get my infant in the raiders path, then have my bows just to the side to take them all out

this game absolutely needs Castle building

im literally still playing banished with almost a full covered large map with no mods, and it is hectic and I can only play for about an hour before my brain zaps out from exhaustion. Manor Lords however looks like it takes Banished and evolutionizes and modernizes its flaws that the Banished developer never got to do. (who is also working on a new game but updates the public very rarely on twitter).

whats the diffrent with Life is Feudal, Banished, Farthest Frontier & Foundation?
