Electricity is in the trade tab now along with rail, so you can just select it and build one in each state. If you want to wholesale swap to electric saws, you can, just do it from the buildings menu and it will switch all the ones that have access to electricity and leave out the ones that don't. Then check where you have shortages, and add however many is needed for each one.

Regarding your question at the start, Central Europe is the default name; it is only called the Holy Roman Empire as a monarchy or theocracy. Depending on your specific government type, alternate names include Paneuropa, the United States of Europe, the Union of People's Republics, or the Pan-European Technate. Each of these versions also have unique flags. In any case, the cultural requirements for forming this country means there are a lot of unusual candidates to form it, such as France (via the "Natural Borders" journal entry), the Dutch East Indies, the Danubian State (even formable by Orthodox Romania), or Yugoslavia (which, if formed by Bosnia-Herzegovina, will be Sunni). I imagine your next big Victoria 3 video will focus on the Federation of the Andes which, likewise, has a lot of variations such as the "United Provinces of the Americas" by incorporating a state in Central or North America while having started as a Platinean nation, so that'll require a lot of blobbing. However, I would like to see you attempt a playthrough as Turtle Island (or Great Turtle when formed by Haudenosaunee). This is a new formable for Indigenous North Americans but, at the start of the game, only the Indian Territory is playable. All others are releasable, mostly from the United States, Canada, or, in the case of Pueblo, from Mexico. However, having Inuit as primary cultures, Greenland and Siberia are also options, oddly enough, despite the latter being released from Russia, not even in North America. Greenland in particular is able to form Scandinavia instead, if that's the route you want to take. Siberia, although by far the largest and strongest "Native American" nation, is only releasable after having researched Pan-Nationalism, not unlike Israel.

You can build power plants in the same menu you build railways. You don’t need to click the individual state

Oh yeah, that cheat mod you're using overrides the leftmost UI bar. Basically, there's supposed to be a "company" button there (right above the "ledger" button) that's inaccessible with the mod on.

Actually...am playing with a cheatmod that uses the exact same symbol and it shows the company button just fine. Laith is probably using an older version of the game/mod wherein its not been patched.

I don't know why you're questioning why President Slaughter, the woman who unified North America through military might, has a cocky attitude towards the other powers of the world.

Every time i think about getting this game, I watch someone try and manage a war. Its saved me money thus far!

I think when a war participant peaces out, all armies either return to HQ or just get reassigned. It's a bug

Here is an idea, load the save after you gutted Prussia, then tag swap to Prussia and see if you can turn it around

Last time I saw Laith this this confused by something that happened in Victoria 3 outside the 9 minute mark (no saying due to spoilers) was when somehow Spain got their entire American Empire back.

If you want you could play Paraguay or Iquicha (can form the Incan Empire) which are quite interesting. Also why did the Americans elect a president called Nora Slaughter? Did she unalive the opposition? 😱 Also here are some funny quotes again: "I dont know if I care about Poland" "Where is the navy? Oh..." "Why are the french mobilizing everyone?" 🇫🇷

There is an easier way to do power plants then clicking on the map and going to each individual state. From the regular building menu it gives you the option to build in different states. I would suggest just choosing to build 1 or 2 in ever state then add more when you get warning saying a state has a shortage. Then if you want to switch the logging camps to electric you can click to switch them all and any without electricity will come up for the warning and you can click exception so that it only changes in states with power plants. As for the front line and troop pathfinding issues, they have been a huge known issue since 1.5 came out and you seem to have to just deal with it until they fix it. Be thankful none of your armies got stuck with no path to move anywhere, then you have to disband them.

need to say that there is are way easier ways to form it with prussia or with austria, so u can form it around 1855. u just need to form Germany first, Prussia or Austria will join in to form it, when u are on friendly terms with them, so u form "great germany", then u take switzerland and got enough states to form "The Holy Roman Empire ( as a monachy, Pan-Europ as presidential and so on)" with a bit bad luck in rng it can take till 1860 to form it.
