This time on Trail Bouncing we are taking some Busted Knuckle Builds back to our local park for a quick Saturday Trail Bouncing session. Don't worry though because this time we are going to show you some trails you have never seen before. Most of the Rock Bouncer Trail riding in this video is shot on the cell tower side of the park at Stony Lonesome OHV park in Bremen, Alabama. Since this off road park is only a couple of miles away from the Busted Knuckle Off Road shop it is the perfect rock bouncing destination for us to take a quick day trip. Spoiler Alert: This is not the first time I rolled my Busted Knuckle Rock Bouncer and it probably won't be the last. I also had my first big carnage on my rock buggy and how I got it out of the park was a neat trick. i made straight long arms with the anti wobble joint for my overland jeep i hope i have not issue's if i mount the coilovers to them im nervous it might be unstable i guess ill have to find out :) love the videos

Any thoughts on full welding the eliminator cup top & bottom to prevent this type of failure?

Yes that is the current fix, this is the first one we have ever seen fail this way. The extra welding if done correctly should add strength.

I am good at finding the weak point in just about anything. We do offer Reid Knuckles as an upgrade if you really want to beat on or race your bouncer.
Breaking stuff only meens you can build it back up with better parts. 😂

Hey, guys how much of a job is it to have a 2 wheel steer bouncer and turn it into a 4 wheel steer bouncer???????

For our buggies everything is already there mount was so basically bolt the steering setup in and a rear steer axle and you are ready to go, no fab work required.
Is everybody’s headset on the same channel like a CB radio? I’m assuming you all are in communication with each other.

Yes our rugged radios are setup where we can voice activated talk to our passenger and push to talk to our other buggies in the group. It also plays music on your phone via Bluetooth. 🤘
