i respect you more for opening up and your depression and issues. we have all issues in different levels. but opening up is not easy specially for someone in your shoes. pls bring more awareness to the younger audience bc ppl think it’s their fault and it’s not normal when damn near everyone has these kind of issues and it’s so normal. depression isn’t a problem, it’s a feeling

Let’s go boy! Speak your truth🙏🏾 Proud of you for being vulnerable and talking about mental health. Seems you can identify your feelings and pain man, you should work on finding a good therapist to help navigate you through your feelings. Charlemagne Tha God is great with talking about these matters and speaks from personal experience. I hope you read this and it motivates you to find someone that can professionally guide you through your feelings! It is a total game changer. Thank you man for sharing your feelings time after time bc it’s helping others. Now you need to help yourself! God bless brother 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾

Brad, we have just spent so much time suppressing our emotions and things we really feel, because we thought it was being “strong”. We didn’t have our dads around to really hold a space for us to express ourselves truly… and even if they were around they wouldn’t have been emotionally available enough for us to even learn from them. It’s challenging for us to love ourselves because we really don’t know how to 100%. All we know is the feeling we get from helping and being in service of others. Unfortunately, that doesn’t fill our cup so it will never be enough even when we have the best intentions. The only thing we can really do is face the shit we’ve been running from and find inner peace. You’re an incredible human Brad. We in this together!

dam brad, thanks for sharing. you just helped me realize the same thing bro. I'm dealing with the same thing. I'm wondering why I can't find true love like that..you said it best..I can't and couldn't describe it and you did that for me..thank you for that man. I needed this as I'm embarking on trying to joing the military after years of not doing what I needed to do..I got arrested before shipping out to boot camp over two years ago now and I just got off probation, successfully completed everything and am joining again and this time I will make it to boot camp!!!

Appreciate you sharing this Brad. I'm on the opposite end of the spectrum and have spent the past 10 years building a family and my relationships and now I am trying to grow on social media to try to help others and build my personal brand. I often see you and other's in your shoes and think I'm behind, but thanks to your message and you being so real and honest with this, I realize the grass isn't always greener. That isn't to say things can't be better, but things aren't always as they seem. I really look up to you as someone in the space and appreciate your realness. Keep inspiring and hopefully we can inspire you a bit to continue being vulnerable and growing personally, you will find that fulfillment that you're longing for. Much love brother.

Man, I may not be a fitness guy but I can definitely relate to your story. I think too often people think you need to sacrifice something in order to have success. We focus on the grind and getting to our spot and overlook other aspects in our life for growth, whether this be relationship, family, etc. At least you realize this, now that you've made it. By no means is it too late for you. Thank you for your wisdom, it makes me want to spend more time with my wife and family despite my future medical profession. In the past I disagreed with some shit that happened involving Brad and some other dudes but honestly I dig how Brad is opening up and being honest about life stuff. I have depression and also feel like I haven't fully opened up in a relationship and all my past relationships ended in a bad way because me and the girl still had feelings for eachother but couldnt make it work so it sucked and I can relate to what Brad said and also how we sometimes focus so much on work and stuff and we put everything else to the side including relationships and friendships so as we get older we miss it more... Crazy stuff but thank you Brad for showing this side to us
