I Broke Minecraft's Dumbest World Record

Ойындар

I broke the dumbest #Minecraft world record for most houses built in 3 days, by coding a #datapack to build 1,000,000 Minecraft houses.
I loved doing this Minecraft challenge and would enjoy doing more if there's any interest.

Maybe you can do the same now but with a range of roads from streets to highways and fit these houses in between them? If you’re planning on adding roads, I recommend not adding excess grid systems. But you do what you want, I’m just suggesting things…

So here is the funny part... I recently thought about making an infinite Ikea using this concept... And accidentally found out you can generate structures inside of structures, which are inside of structures... so basically you could have put a house inside a house inside a house having like 10 houses per house... Either way Im progressing through my datapack to get a few floors to render...

Whimzee your work is phenomenal, you make the game so much better especially your overhauls, but it's sad to see that it's getting lost into older versions of minecraft, can you tell us if you're planning to update your datapacks in the future?

its technically not even a world record, since it doesn't fit in the requirements of the record he was trying to break in the first place.

It's been quite a while but that sprawl in every direction at 4:40 reminds me of a MC map I played that had structures randomly generate in your world every time you leveled up, but in one of the versions they made it so their custom villages would grow on their own as long as there were enough villagers. And when they grew they spawned more villagers. They consumed all. The plains, my house, everything in all directions.

the houses look so steampunk like and i LOVE IT FOR THAT. (i might steal the idea as well) this video is the bomb oh and also if the houses were given loot this could make for a cool end of the world survival world.
