How do you change the clock time, every time I press No7 button ( clock) it just turns the volume up.

Yes! If you press on the button with the clock symbol it turns up and the button with the bell turns it down!

Can anyone tell me why in order for the radio to appear on my bluetooth list, the radio needs to be disconnected from the power source, and restarted every-time I want to connect? It also does not appear on my “My Devices” list on my iPhone?

I can't get it to disconnect from blutetooth to be able to pair with a new device. We don't have the other device anymore and it just sits there in BT mode doing nothing... hold down the BT button and it doesn't do anything.

Sending mine back to Amazon. There is no sound from the radio, no beep for the alarms set and when trying to pair via Bluetooth it isn't discoverable.

I set the alarm for radio and I can tell it went off but I can't hear it. It looks like the volume is all the way up but I can't hear it. It is blinking like it went off but there is no sound.

I had my phone paired to it but then lost connection and now it’s not letting me re-pair. The device is not showing up under Bluetooth devices

Does it work on battery, i have fitted them but when i unplug from mains the clock doesnt show any longer?

Yep, battery should work as a backup and it keeps all the settings

Bit late but for all the people that were wondering about this (I was too lol) you don't need to set the alarm volume - the beeping will start off quiet but then gradually increase in volume until it's screaming!

i mean its good cause i dont have a charger since my new phone needs a different socket ( my old charging cable broke so i need a new socket for the cable that came with the phone )
