In today's video, I will be giving you a tour of the first house I bought in Canada!! I bought this house in Toronto, Ontario, Canada about 7-8 years ago. I am very proud of myself because I bought my first house at 29!!!
It's been nearly 1 year since I've moved from this property and bought my second house in Canada. A few days ago, marked the 1 year anniversary since my offer was accepted for my second purchase, so I thought it was time to share my 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom full house tour with you all.
I'd love to create a series, where I share some tips and steps for buying a home in Canada as well as tips and sharing my experience on how to find a good realtor! This is an important part of the process and should not be taken lightly. I'm human and made some mistakes along the way that unfortunately cost a lot of money, so I'd love to share my tips in hopes of helping/educating people so they don't make the same mistakes I did. Nearly a year later and the topic is still very much triggering for me, so we'll see haha!
