Build an emergency fund 5. Save to invest,this is the most important because it's a proven way to get richer. Very important to financial success.

There are alot of in vestment options like real estate, c rypto, ETF'S stock's but my best advise, get a professional to lead you into a profitable one.

It honestly looks/feels like your parents house combined with your childhood home, and i love it so much. Cant wait to see what you do :)

Honestly Brandon you deserve it. You’ve always worked so hard and kept with the grind…..you 100% deserve it. Now for any haters who might try to say that he’s “bragging” and “showing off” he’s not….We all asked for this video, and if you think he’s bragging, you’re probably watching this video with a jealous and envious mindset, because you wish you could have what he has, but your ego and pride just won’t allow you to admit it. All of us are the reason for why he’s able to own this home…..Just by clicking on his videos, that gave his channel more attention, views, and likes which means more money….So not only did all of us help make him money, to be able to afford this home and everything he owns, but all of us are technically paying his bills by watching his videos. Brandon works so hard, and doesn’t take anything for granted….considering how he was brought up by his parents, Mama and Papa Rug raised both him and Brian to be grateful and humble for what they have, what they receive, and their roots. So for any haters out there who are watching this, just know that you can have what he has to, sometimes you just have to put in the work for it….Some people are just more blessed, and fortunate than others depending their lifestyle, and how they were brought up by their parents…..but that doesn’t mean that you will never be able to achieve big things like that.

Some suggestions: - Definitely all the brown gotta go like you said haha - Take out all the carpet - Put in a fountain within that empty space - Change all the lighting for a more modern look - Take out the wallpapers and repaint - On those shelves put all your trophy/achievements

Agree with her recommendations. I’d also say - replace All the curtains with more modern shutters or blinds - within the fountain you can have live plants and koi fish - replace the front door handles In the future, (since you just bought a very expensive home and furnishing a house of that capacity is all very expensive) you can do all the major remodel stuff like -changing the kitchen granite and matching fireplace -blowing out some unnecessary walls -expanding your bathroom shower -modernizing bathrooms and design layouts. This house is really really beautiful. I love that you didn’t buy a house at its premium. You can customize it all you want and the value will only appreciate. Smart ass move Brandon.
