I purchased some Bosch Blue tools, specifically from their lower-end pro series, and I must say they seem to be on par with Bosch Green quality. On the other hand, I also own tools from DeWalt, Makita, and AEG, and in my opinion, these brands offer better performance at a similar price point compared to Bosch.

I actually got the handle for recip blades in the green version. It's the exact same thing as far as I can tell except it only comes with one blade. And I got two of those little electric screwdrivers for my company. We do events and we never know who will be handling it which means this thing being weak compared to an 18V cordless drill is actually a good thing. Semi-random people won't be able to easily rip screws apart with it. Besides that I'm already mostly Knipex'd out so no need for the Bosch pliers.

A small correction at 12:50 Yes, it's a Bosch GSR, but that's a bit misleading. In Bosch terminology, GSR just means professional drill-driver, and GSB means professional hammer drill-driver (professional compared to the personal green series, which starts with P, and hammer drill with the little vibration hammer, not the proper elector-pneumatic rotary hammer). The story about attachments you presented is instead called FlexiClick in Bosch terminology, and the tools which use that have an FC suffix, so for example a drill driver with flexliclick would be GSR 12V-35 FC. Once you put the name through the decoder ring, you'd get professional drill-driver, 12 V, 35 Nm torque, with FlexiClick attachments.

I bought a corded Bosch jigsaw in 1977 when I first went into business. I have favored Bosch tools ever since. When I went to buy cordless I bought the 9.2 v or whatever it was then moved up to 18v when they quit working. I mostly use a drill or impact drive but I thought they were getting older so I switched to Makita because of the tool choices. I have had to buy 4 Makita drills because of broken gear box over the years. Meanwhile the Bosch are still going strong. I am an old cabinet maker so they get a good workout. I looked to buying another drill and Bosch makes an 18v drill driver tool with 4 heads so 4 tools in one. It would look good in shadow foam.

the water level doesn't have a dome shape, that would make it way worse, that's a fisheye effect of magnifying glass focused on the center.

That range of bosch tools, feels good in the hand If your holding tools for a long period every day, it helps, for the tool to feel good in your hand Thats the best thing about that range of tools, ie bosch professional, ie the way they feel. Do not discount how tools feel in your hand, especially if you have to use such things every day for long periods.

@@ShadowFoam After all these comments, I never asked you how are you contacting the winners? Do you need email address or some way else? Also, I signed up for one of those fast screw drivers with the bits inside, hope you get enough people to sign up to want one so maybe you can start selling.

Great video shame we didn't get to see the buying as you do a great job when out and about. An Irwin tool would be good to see as they are a quality tool maker as well
