I agree it would be nice to have it stripped so u can see all the rust so he can have a long lasting effect with new paint. It would look so clean

A half cage is one thing, but a full cage is more dangerous than without when you're not wearing a helmet. In a rollover in a car that small, your head is likely to make contact with the top bars, and that will end badly. Unless there's 6"+ between your skull and the cage bar, skip it on the street.

IMHO you should just get the interior painted since it's going to the paint shop anyway. Just a simple black interior paint would be great since as you said you intend for it to be around for another 20 years.

Great videos. Just my personal opinion. Mig is good as well but I really like tig welding for clean and nice welding seams. Keep up videos.

It takes a maximum effort of devotion to not skip around on projects for sure but also being poor and wanting to relocate helps too.

My last drift car was an sr20det S13 50mm widebody front and rear. I installed a standard manifold ceramic coated and modified for a 38mm tial external wastegate, plus i upgraded the injectors and added the nistune ecu with a Garrett 2871R turbo. Made 280hp all day every day and ripped real hard. Perfect combo for a street/drift car.

Sam doesn't realize it yet, but he is building Hugo's car

S14 and S15 front ends have a few small differences that are hard to notice until you go through the process of rebuilding the front end such as mounting holes for the fenders and some of the structural parts of the chassis have slightly different bends in them

Get prizzamike in for this stuff dudes a genius and has alot of technique to prevent rust and stuff since hes from the midwest and cars tend to rust out alot over there

Bags are not the way in my opinion, a good lowered coil with clean fitment as a good looking highway car.
