One thing to note with these 1.3 Swifts, apparently the manual gearboxes aren't as strong as those on the 1.5 variant, but if it's been looked after (as this one seems to) then they should be fine. I think these were also built in Hungary for the European market, though other markets got the Japanese-built one.

@@JonCoupland even though the sports get 47mpg and 40mpg (32 and 31 figures) they can get tiresome, especially the 31 as it’s not very refined, it’s not amazingly comfortable and yeah the mpg sucks if you push them. The sport is undeniably the better driving car but for daily use? I’ll take the regular swift, the extra economy and extra comfort. Since I only have one car and have to choose sport or 1.2/3/5 I’ll take the sport as I like taking it on track and pushing it.

Japanese ones have Ariel on rear of roof , Hungarian ones and rest of Europe have Ariel's front of roof
