I had 2 of these working for about 10 years and they are outstanding work horses! They just go and go, once you get your digitizing down to optimize the machine it will just run for you.

I understand I’ve been doing embroidery for years and I was so happy when I was able to upgrade from the pe770 to my Ricoma 10 needle. I had no intentions on ever getting another multi needle as I had plans to one day add a different machine to my business that would also be pricey. This machine caught my eye and the seller went way down on the price just to get it out of their house. I couldn’t pass it up and they did tell me the issues with it but so far I haven’t ran into that problem. I plan to share more of this machine and how it’s working out for me. Check Facebook marketplace people seem to always be selling multi needles. Good luck on your search and let me know when you find one.

I think Happy machines are great and would be a good choice to start with.

Yes it can. I think the biggest hoop size is 12x12. I’m not sure but I have very large hoops for it.

I’m still learning it. I haven’t had the time to actually use it much due to work. So far I feel like it stitches out beautifully. This is an older machine that does not use a flash drive to get designs to the machine so I would recommend buying a newer version that does.

I got it for 200.00. It’s a very old version and I have had the hardest time finding ways to get designs to the machine. It does not have a slot for USB’s. I’m not giving up though because the designs that are on the machine stitched out so beautifully.

I have not ran into that problem with my Ricoma or this machine. When I do have issues with my machine I will see if I do a google search if anything comes up how to fix it or I will look for a KZread video. If you are on Facebook you can join groups specific to your machine and ask questions there. I know Ricoma has a great support group and I’ve always gotten help there. If none of those suggestions help I would reach out to the company that sells the machines for any assistance. I hope that helps you some.

Thanks so much! It keeps saying Main Axis Not Turn. I’m working with the company but I think something happen during Transport, maybe? I hope it gets resolved soon.

@@officialrockythehusky1499 I hope you get it resolved as well. I have had an error come up like that on my Ricoma. What I had to do was turn the knob in the back of the machine to 100 and that fixed it. I’m not mechanically inclined when it comes to machines but I like learning what I can. I hope you get it fixed soon.

@@ThenotsobrokeNurse yes me too, I want to start practicing with it. I am new to embroidery, but willing to learn. I want to document my journey on KZread, but want to do a video of it working in action first. I mean it comes on, I can pick a design, pick the threads out and needle and it positions to the middle of the design, but I did notice that the laser light does not come on and when I press the set start button nothing happens so that it can trace the design parameters it says main axis not turn, then when I hit the start button It says main axis not turn again…smh. I hope the service techs can figure it out and help me. My sales rep did instruct me to turn the red knob on the side when the computer said bo needle on the screen and it fixed that prompt to go away.
