16:20 I’ve been thinking about the level up offers… i dont know to much about the game (20 days in) but i noticed that they started off almost daily and then slow down.. but i was looking up gem offers, and they used to give gem offers at account lvl 10/25/50/75 ect, account lvls and those gem offers have been removed, but in a random video i saw that you could still see your account lvl in the supercell id tab or store and it was still tracking (might of been patched).. but, the level up offers are probably based on that, hidden account lvl, new/low level accounts hit these milestones fast, but once you start getting into 200+ it takes a lot more xp to lvl up and get to an offer
