Same unrealistic plot over and over. And the sing-song reading is annoying. American women don't usually tolerate being bullied by a MIL, and it it happens, it's likely to be in the fringes of society, and very poor and disfunctual ralationships. It's an embarrassment for a man to have to life with his mommy, let alone have his wife dominated by his parents. Totally unrealistic.

Agree. Also no Americans tolerates a mama’s boy. These stories are written in Asia based upon their values. We Americans women wouldn’t tolerate the abuse. We don’t have to.

No British spouse would put up with such a family, they would be kicked into touch very quickly. No European woman would be ever expected to be a servant to her husband's family. It's an Asian thing.. and the wife must be stupid to allow this behaviour in the first place.

😂😂😂 you all are so right. It's so funny because you have some that try but get put in their place very fast. My SIL thought she was going to dominate our lives. She learned so fast... I'm still puzzled trying to understand what human being actually think its OK to even over step boundaries in a married couples affairs.

Especially SIL moving in and thinking it was OK to have another grown woman cleaning her room... the entitlement that that you moved in their home and expected her to clean up after you. She was supposed to be cleaning everything except the married couples' sacred space...

Name on the house should be whoever pays for it.

Usually, but she was setting a trap for Larry and the other two. By putting his name on it makes him responsible for the mortgage. Therefore freeing her of it and them.
