They need to build those house on stilts,cause that land is too low to the water if their is a major storm their is going to be some problems,i advise to make sure u have air thight property and house and content insurance.

It’s a beach front holiday home, so having people around is part of the fun for outgoing people, but a private individual would go for private homes. I’m actually interested in this property

@@Belovedjoy Thank you for stating the obvious....I already know what a beachfront home is...I live in a landlocked area but every chance a get to travel on holiday, I'm blessed enough to stay in a beach front villa/resort. My point still stands. Each to their own.
I knew it was there, the only place I could remember your excitement for, but forgot the name. Is how you often say you don't have any money and now you bought a house but I am not surprised at all. Great area, nice units. Only downside for me is closeness of neighbours and windows lookout onto neighbours at the side. Prefer more privacy.

I’m so excited for you, Dela! I guessed right because honestly this is an EXCELLENT CHOICE. If I didn’t just buy an apartment in Labone I would’ve bought this in a heartbeat. Honestly would love to follow more of Marvin’s developments because if there’s more of where this came from it would be my next investment undoubtedly. The downside of building near the ocean is erosion and so maintenance will be key.

This is not the sea. It is the Volta lake. It is the largest man made lake in Ghana and the world. That area is one of the most beautiiful places in Ghana

@adwoachavis9941, that's not the lake side of the Volta. This is the river side. Volta lake is on the other side of the dam.
They are aestically beautiful but how will they hold up exposed to the sea water. The roofs are flat is there drainage on top to remove water from collecting? They are too close to the sea incase the sea moves inward they are all gone. They needed elevation.
