JC, I couldn't agree more. This is what I've wanted for my daughter for so long. She's learning 2 new languages, making new friends, crossing cultural lines and having the time of her life in a beautiful place full of beautiful happy people. I truly feel like God has blessed us. I hope you'll get the chance to at least vacation in the Philippines some day if you haven't already. Thank you for the support and kind words. Welcome to the channel and God Bless.

@@beekeepinginparadise5935 I was actually from the Philippines and moved to Canada in the early 2000's. I would say my family is also blessed here with good life but there's a certain longing in me to live a simple life on a small farm in the Philippines in the future. That's actually my retirement goal at the moment.

@@beekeepinginparadise5935 Thank you! One thing I have to remind myself is not to spend on so many things like bee boxes and expensive extractors. Lol... Good luck to us! 2 more months before mango blooms.

Correct. That is one of the themes in my videos. I hollow you’ll watch them. Everything I do is done in the least expensive ways possible. Please let me know if you watch the world cheapest extractor and first honey harvest and then wax recovery video. It’s exactly what you’re looking for. Extractors are important though. It allows you to reuse your drawn comb and that will allow the bees to fill the comb again much faster making you more money. So a cheap extractor is a worthwhile investment.

There is something to be said about the cities here too. I've never been a city guy, always grown up in the suburbs not too far from Chicago and lived a number of years in remote Wisconsin, so I've never had much experience in cities other than a semester in DC during college. Cities have their advantages for sure. I have a very soft spot in my heart for DC, NOLA, and Cebu. Now that I'm here, I really feel like I'm in the right place at the right time doing what God intended for me. She was born and raised in Baybay City and we have one 27 year old daughter living in NY. We have a house in Albarico Subdivision which is near Pure Gold and have several lots in the town. Back in Sacramento, I would only buy honey from a local beekeeper, never from a store. Since retiring to Baybay City four years ago, I have stop consuming honey. Once you open your honey store, I’ll be one of your first customers. Good luck.

Once we start harvesting you'll see it here first and I hope you'll reach out and let me know how to get you some. God bless and I hope to meet you and your wife soon. Take care my friend.
Hi! You can try to make your coconut harvesters use a rope to bring dozens of coconuts down at a time. It is a two man job, one on top of the tree and the other on the ground holding the rope slowly bringing the fruits down. This way there will be no squirters(broken due to the fall). Just sharing.

That sounds like a good suggestion. For now I think our guys are doing a very good job of recovering the nuts they drop though. I'll have to research this method more and learn more on the subject before I feel comfortable asking them to change their methods. After all, I wouldn't want them telling me how to keep bees. The way I see it we all have our areas of expertise. I will look into this though for sure. If you have any resources or know of any video links to share please send them my way. I'm very interested. Thank you for the kind comment. I really appreciate it more than you know. I hope you're correct. I'm trying very hard to do good things for the land and the whole agricultural community here. Honey bees are essential and we need so many more for proper pollination and for a good pure honey crop to sell. Welcome to the channel. I am blessed to have you with me and supporting me. It's so cool that you're watching in Saudi Arabia. That's awesome!! God bless you always!

Are you kidding? I LOVE BOHOL! I visited Bohol and Panglao Island on my very first trip to the Philippines 19 years ago. My wife and I celebrated our engagement there at Bohol Beach Club and it was something I'll never forget. Back then we could still hold a tarsier at a stand along the Loboc river after we had a floating dinner cruise on the river. It was such an honor to hold one of God's most precious and rare creatures. I certainly understand how they are more protected now. They truly deserve it. Thank you for the warm greeting and welcome. I love the Philippines and am so blessed to be here. God bless you my friend. I hope you'll keep watching and I hope to hear from you again soon.

The Philippines is a blessed tropical country. For one to be given this opportunity is like living to the fullest. Coconuts everywhere and lush green forest, layered rice paddies and clean rivers. All organic and sure to nourish a healthy quality of life. Btw, if you can have the endemic stingless bees in your farm, it has a unique taste of its own. You've made the choice you want in your life. All the best to you Brent and your family.

They visit my home but I have not been lucky enough to have a swarm move in and stay. Maybe one of these days, God willing. May God bless you now and always.

It's nice to watch a foreigner establishing a small passive income instead of others who just come to explore without thinking of getting some income. They rely on the number of subscribers and watcher to monetize from KZread.

Noel, thank you for the kind comments I really appreciate that. I'm going to be perfectly transparent... Years ago I realized that there is a need for locally sources raw, pure, real honey here in our area of the Philippines and I've been working very hard for the past 4-5 years to bring this to a reality. I know I'm going to have a lot of challenges in this business. KZread was the farthest thing from my mind at the time, but earlier this year I decided after reading all the forums talking about fake honey in the Philippines that I needed a way to share how I work the bees and process my honey. I want to be a trusted source of pure honey and I'm using KZread to help me show in every detail how it is so. If I can make a sideline income from KZread that's going to be a wonderful supplement to get us through tough times, but it's certainly not my plan for a primary income. I'm a beekeeper. That's my passion and that's my business. Bringing a quality product to people I love is my goal and any revenue from the videos is just going to be a supplement. Welcome to the channel. God Bless.
