jyada se jyada fresh Fruits and vegetables khao . din 2 times meal khao wo bhi less oil less salt , coked food kam khana . 7pm ke waad khana jyada accha nhi health keliye coz 5pm ke baad digestive system weak ho jata hain . veg khao . khana bhar pet na khake 80% hi khao . 2 weeks mei result dekhoge .
