My battery moves around and has same damage at about 500 miles. I put a little foam on to make it stop

I like seeing the new content on your channel! Only so much to say about a YZ250FX. I bought a 2021 YZ250FX and I love it! Your channel had a lot to do with my purchase of the bike so thank you.

Yeah, it keeps me busy that's good too
They probably had a different controller on it which would probably explain the 20 miles. Probably a larger battery too which would explain why the stock battery doesn't fit right?

I had to take that foam out to get my CHI battery in there! Mt Chi battery fits so tight you dont even need the lid to hold it, you have too practically pry it out once its in!

While you probably made out with a good deal on a used bike, the seller was not honest. That bike has many many more miles than 20. look at the wear on the rear tire alone. The play in the battery compartment is normal on some of the surron/segway due to assembly. wear on the battery case is also normal after prolonged used and abuse/ jarring etc. biggest giveaway is the "20 Miles". It is widely known that if the display breaks, once replaced, the odometer resets. there is no internal odometer, it dies with every display. even if you unplug your display and plug back in, odo is reset. Glad the bike runs!
Lol you bought this bike from my good friend! He had a Surron as well so I always rode the Segway. We’re just a couple of kids having fun. 20 miles is no joke believe it or not, we sure rode it hard tho. Lots of memorys. Have fun!

That’s not a rivet on the brake lever 🙄 it’s a pin that’s supposed to be able to be removed…. There’s a tiny set screw that screws in from the front of the lever to hold that pin in.

well , when you buy a kids bike , you get kids assembling it
You could carve a niche for yourself buying used e-bikes and modding them and fixing them up. The market is only going to grow. I know you've been looking for a new path lately and this could be it. You seem to have a good knowledge base already.

Never buy a bike at night, look out for Armor all or WD-40 smells. Tires are always a good indicator of wear (just like pedals in a car)

Please don't blame it all on the fact that many teenagers ride surrons. I'm 15 years old and I have a very good knowlege on MTB (the surron is made with MTB components), ebikes and basic electronics. I would never do the mistakes showed on this video. I could even point out one or two mistakes in the thing's you said about the surron. I don't mean to offend you. Just saying That those things could have happened to any adult.

That is my best friends bike that we rode all the time. Half of those bolts we did not put on there, and we did not put floss on the battery case to hold it on😂. It was not on there when he sold it. If u knew it was a piece of crap then why did u buy it just to make a dis video on it.
@vegasromaniac
2 жыл бұрын
The floss was there , maybe you didn't put it on but one of you geniuses did and didn't tell the others, I've noticed the problems only when I got home, Hard to spot them in the middle of the driveway, one day you will go get a used car and you will know what I'm talking about when you pay for it and the steering wheel comes off because it's held by GUM spit and a lot of prayers
fix it VR.
