I received a BS for Mother’s Day in 2022. I was beginning my weight loss journey. I use it weekly for meal prepping and love it! One year later, I attribute most of my success to my BS. I’m 70 lbs down and have exceeded my goal. It’s easy and fun to cook on!!!

For ground meat I put flavored vinegar or pickle juice in during the seasoning process. If you have an Asian market near you they have a nice flavored vinegar called pinakurat.

I know this is 7 months late to say, but there is a way to ensure that your ground beef is "clean." You would have to ground your own beef cuts. An added quality step would be to buy large rough cuts and trim off all outer surfaces before grinding.

Great video. I been using mine for 5+ years now. I recommend a few things for you: Blackstone silicone spatula mat (to rest ur tools on during use). Cuisinart food mover or Blackstones brand to get big portions of veggies and meat off the grill. and the Blackstone XL griddle press...has enough weight to push down all the meat and give everything an even sear.

I got a pro series about 8 years ago. Open the box, add the wheels, if I remember correctly, Some how I loaded it in the truck the right way and slide it down to the floor. Then it was the griddle top and the top cover. All of 15 mins. It came with drawers and enclosed tank doors. Still rocking this thing. Need a new cover. It stays outside.

Congrats on your griddle! I am excited my self as i just got mine 2 weeks ago, been using it and learning along the way. I found out my chicken and meat cooks better on grill which i also keep nearby at the same time cooking, plus if you add wood, it gives the meat that flavoring. For anything else, griddle works just fine. I came up on a top of the line blackstone(top hood cover attached and bottom 4 drawer electric air fryer) i havent used that airfryer yet, walmart had them already assembled outside on display for a while, wife and i spoke to manager just wondering on the price, she said i need them gone ill do 50% off i did not hesitate plus 90day in store return i did not buy the extended warranty since its a griddle cast iron what could of gone wrong being outside. Anyways enjoying our summer weekends cooking outside with family.

Looks pretty good. I would have done about 5 rounds to season it though. Then, first thing you cook on it is one or two huge onions sliced up. The sulfur in the onions will help set the seasoning. Sounds crazy, but it works. A good idea with chicken breast is to slice them in half horizontally. One, it doubles what you get with thick breasts. Two, it takes half the time to cook them.

Thinking of buying one of these because trying to meal prep in a tiny kitchen on a tiny stove and batch cooking is just rough. Edit: Just to boost your video views, I'd maybe try a bit more of a modern font on the thumbnail, ngl I know some of my younger friends would probably scroll past thinking the video was maybe older based on the font. Sans serif is everywhere these days, maybe check out Montserrat, Open Sans or Oswald (all free for commercial use and can be found online). Saying that with the most positive of intentions and hoping your channel continues to grow so we get to see more great stuff like this!

Wash your ground beef? I've never heard of washing ground beef. Why did you clean the griddle between the ground beef/ turkey sausage? You mentioned needing more oil for the chicken, but you got rid of the oil you had when you cleaned the griddle before cooking the chicken. Scrap the solids from the ground beef away, and then utilize the oil from the beef to cook the chicken instead of re-seasoning the griddle.

Keep up the videos man, I just found you, good content. I just purchased a new black stone, do you have any videos for beginners as in what to start cooking with, things to do and not too do. Many videos are focused on just the no-braided shit. I want to know what’s good to start with and maybe shit I don’t want to try until I get it down better.
