@@chaselesser3191 Tekton is awesome! They're not the cheapest and they're not quite as good as tool truck brand stuff, but for someone like me who spends maybe 25 hours a month turning wrenches, the price to quality ratio is off the charts. I have several Milwaukee power tools and I love them, but I don't see why anyone would go to them for hand tools.

I use Makita 18v tools and Milwaukee for their 12v line. Makita makes rugged, reliable power tools without the marketing hype. The Milwaukee 12v stuff feels a little lighter and better in my hands. But nothing comes close to the completeness and variety of Milwaukee Packout.

I have the big Milwaukee socket set. It’s actually very nice. The sockets dont roll. You can put a wrench on them if you need to. The ratchets are good as well. While I am not a huge fan of the perfectly smooth handles, the actual mechanism is wonderful. Very high tooth count on the gears. Great in tight spaces. The packout for them is great. The trays pop out so you can take the metrics or standards out and set them somewhere convenient while your working. I’m glad I got them. Granted they are pricey.

I recently bought the 22" rolling packout and I am absolutely loving it. I am admittedly a diehard Milwaukee guy though. Nothing against the other big names, I just stick to what I know works and lasts when it comes to spending my hard earned money. As far as their hand tools go, I like Milwaukee's vice grips, they seem to bite harder than most I've tried, but the whole torque lock thing always felt a little gimmicky. I've never come across a single situation where I had to run a screwdriver through that loop to get more bite. Their demo screwdriver set is pretty awesome too. I abuse the living hell out of them, flat head mostly (who needs a demo phillips?) and put them away wet more often than I'd like to admit and they're still like new. Their tin snips (aviation snips for you sticklers) are pretty good in my experience too, but all my pliers, cutters, lineman's, etc are Knipex. Cannot beat the Knipex Cobra's! Erwin came close but failed imo. I've had the teeth wear almost flat on all of mine, and had the top jaw snap off on another two 8 inch pairs. Oh yeah and the packout organizers are awesome for all my pex fittings, rings, mickey's, screws yadda yadda as well. Like I said, diehard Milwaukee guy haha.

Aditional to this, once the package hits our local postage depot we get a nice little letter from them to tell us if we want our package, were gona have to pay import tariffs before they'll release it to us. This is generally 30% of the total estimated cost, including the shipping! So your deal can actually work out more costly than buying it here. Another 2 negatives I have come up with about packout from my experiences with they system is 1, unless you unpack your stack of boxes getting into the lower ones is a pain in the ass. 2nd negative thing I would say is without the bottom cart or their expensive dolly the packout system doesn't work. I tried to go without out it because I was to hyper focused on the fact of the stacking system would be sweet when I get a dedicated tool trailer, I failed to realize how heavy this system when you load it up. Without one of the of the 2 options they give you for moving your stack, you will be carrying all your boxes individually, than in my opinion your not gaining anything because there is lot of better options out there for tool storage that is way cheaper and lighter.

To bad you went with pack out the Dewalt system is so much more versatile with the cart that has the arms and no bottom box I also use it as a dolly all the time. Dewalt also has the set up for your garage you can put 1/2/3 what ever side by side thats where I store everything in marked boxes. Then when I do a job I go over load up boxes on the cart, get done, everything goes back in the correct storage box on the wall system. Less cost also

So far I have found a couple things about packout could be better, the 10in tool tote, has 4 problems 01 the handle is always in the way need to be rigid , 02 no tape measure clip, 03 the side zipper pockets are useless, and 04 if there is anything in the end slots pockets you cant put any of the half sized boxes along side of it. If you have 2 half sized components you cant put a tool bag in the middle had to on left or the right

I got the socket set on a preorder promotion for 2 bills, Otherwise, I would never spend 3 for it. I like the portable organized thingy, Better than a cheap plastic socket case that dumps it all on the floor/ground when you open it...lol. Both the Standard & Metric together does add weight to it, But cheaper than the two separate cases. Anti Roll is where it's at for me :D The packout worktop (MILWAUKEE-48-22-8488) is handy. Other than that I avoid all pricy add ons too. Can you do a review on the new M12 23 Gauge Pin Nailer? Thanks again....

Packout is not cheap, but when you compare the build quality, the rails, locking system, etc. it is worth it. But I use cheaper systems for basic storage stuff and Packet for carry. You definitely feel the balance issues if you pack too high, the weight limit on the cart with built in box isn't that high. On Sale, a much better deal but even then more $$ than DeWalt Tough 2.0. The tool sets go on massive sales though too. On Amazon, totally agree, you NEVER know who the seller is and you get crap half the time.

I completely agree on your statement that Dewalt had been sleeping at the wheel. I love Dewalt i literally have almost every tool that Dewalt had came out with. But ive been noticing that i got like 5 of everything. Dewalt is like in this repetitive cycle of coming out with the same tools over and over again just with a Little twist went drom 18v to 20v to 20v max to XR to flexvolt to flexvolt advantage . They really need to stop coming out with the same tools ove and over again and just putting a twist on things. I always try amd make sure i keep up with there tools. Now im at the point where im just buying the same stuff over and over. Come on Dewalt ive been die hard black and yellow for years now but ive been very disappointed lately come dewalt come out with some new products give me some new tools to add to my arsenal instead of the same thing over and over again Dewalt definitely needs t pick up there game or im also going to have switch over to the red team like really i just recently purchased the Dewalt T-Stack cooler i was excited beacuse i had realized that was 1 Dewalt product i didnt have to only get it with disappointment the cooler dont have a plug drain who sales a cooler with out a drain idk. They need to do skmething soon or im going to be left with no choice to switch to the red team. But the way great job keep.the vidz coming.

Put tools into the end pockets on the outside of the tote and I think you will find it to be a major FAIL. Please try that and post a video of your success. I tried it and it does not work. The tools in the pouches will prevent the Tote from latching into place on the PACKOUT 22 in. Rolling Tool Box.

Your not holding the install drill correctly. It’s designed for your thumb and index finger to sit in the small trench at the very top of the tool and actuate the trigger with your middle finger. When held this way it’s easy to shift your thumb to the top of the tool and change from forward to reverse.
