There’ needs to be more networking with prisons and their soon-to-be released inmates to assist the transition of getting people back on their feet with a job they can be proud of to deter reoffending. Also, UPS is another GREAT choice with benefits for going back to school, 401k, stock options and advancement!! UPS does hire felons!!

For people who object to inmates fighting fires, i wonder if their own home was on fire or threatened and they called 911 what they would say if were told, “we have a team of inmates who are trained and vetted and can come and do their best to save your home right now, or if you object to that then you can grab your garden hose and do your best yourself but we recommend you evacuate and call your insurer to discuss cover if your homes is destroyed) that a lot of those people might suddenly no long3 object to inmate firefighters
